Nice hotel, convenient location for visiting the U.S. Consulate, very close. Good service. The Italian restaurant is good! Japanese, though praised, is about nothing. We traveled with a baby. I didn't like that there was no baby blanket, no baby blanket, no baby pillow, no sides on the bed. Although Marriott almost always has it. At the reception, they answered somewhat rudely, saying that, in fact, parents should take them with them, the hotel does not provide this. Well, at least there was a crib)) I really liked the man at the entrance, who helps with things, opens the doors (originally from Spain), a wonderful, friendly and very sincere person. The staff does not speak Russian in principle. I have no problems with this, because I know English perfectly. But it's strange, knowing the language, as soon as they see Russian passports, they switch to English))) although, what's strange, Poles)))
Everything in the room is wonderful, but the room was far from the elevator, it was very difficult to walk with a leg injury. They did not warn the reception when they reached the room, it was quite difficult to return to ask for a replacement. The hotel is large, the corridors are long.
A comfortable hotel in the city center. There is a large park nearby, a couple of minutes walk to the US Embassy) The breakfasts are delicious and varied, the rooms are comfortable, large and well-maintained.
The cozy rooms, polite and respectful staff who are able to solve any problem, the convenient location of the hotel and the possibility of 24-hour check-in were very pleased.
