The convenient location of the hotel. Always friendly service - there is free Wi-Fi (this is an undeniable plus compared to the hotel nearby). There is a lobby bar, where even for residents a table will be set, drinks will be served (it is clear that it is paid, but the price is acceptable). Excellent breakfasts and a very good A La Carte menu. The rooms are large, clean and bright. The Windows overlook a quiet street. There is parking (for a fee), right in front of the hotel entrance. There is a room service. Extremely convenient, polite and timely.
