The worst Tunisian hotel we've been to. And we used to go to Tunisia often.
Everything is very old, ruined, broken. The food was disgusting, there were queues for food, they gave out everything in portions even before the pandemic, including the cheapest sausage for 2 pieces for breakfast. I won't say anything about fruits at all. The service feels like they're doing you a favor in everything. There are a lot of Algerians in the hotel, they are noisy, they take everything they can reach with them, they drag 5-7 pieces of bread baguettes from the restaurant. If you come a little later than the opening, you can just see rows of empty trays and there is no guarantee that more food will be taken out.
Expensive new perfumes were smashed in the room during cleaning, the administration said that they say well, what do you want, and in general perfumes for $ 300 are such nonsense, like beggars.
Russian vacationers tried to shake off the guides moving to another hotel. But the guides, apparently, were experienced and waved them off as best they could. In general, they tried to catch their eyes as little as possible.
Plus, only one was periodically turned on by a waterfall in the pool, beautiful and refreshing.
And so, if possible, then anywhere, just not to this hotel!

The hotel is located in a convenient location: near a bank where you could change money, shops, near an amusement park where you buy an entrance ticket and ride all the attractions several times. All-inclusive meals are normal, a dish of beef or lamb is required, chicken and fish are always ready, about 6 types of salads are ready, in addition, chopped vegetables, from which you type a salad with olive oil or mayonnaise dressing. A few side dishes of boiled, baked vegetables, necessarily very tasty potatoes in olive oil. Instead of sausages, there were always sausages made of minced meat (beef is possible), several types of cakes. croissants. Pizza and hamburgers were almost always served for dinner. Fruits and berries were constantly the sweetest watermelons and melons, plums, peaches. For breakfast there was rice porridge, eggs in tomato sauce, boiled eggs, delicious cheese, fresh cottage cheese, 2 types of sausages for a sandwich, cereals, breakfast cereals, milk, coffee, tea. If something ran out, new portions were brought immediately. The staff was friendly, they fulfilled all requests on demand, for example, there was no hair dryer in our room, it was only necessary to apply, a new hair dryer was installed. The rooms were cleaned normally, daily.The room has air conditioning, a comfortable atmosphere, a TV with the program "Russia-1". A hotel with a beautiful swimming pool and waterfall. Animation in the evening, and a concert of song performers for young people or for middle-aged vacationers every other day. There was a security checkpoint at the hotel, guards regularly bypassed the entire territory, and a policeman drove by on a quad bike on the beach along the sea in 15 minutes. Clear notification of the departure time and the work of the guides. The hall is decorated in an original and comfortable way, with real trees and falling water. There were two adults and two children aged 14 and 15. We were satisfied with the rest. Arabs and Russians were vacationing at the hotel. The atmosphere was friendly.

The hotel is not big, the rooms need renovation. The food leaves much to be desired. The only plus is the service staff - executive and friendly.
