Incompetent sellers. They can't answer anything useful. Even the question about nicotine-free mixtures could not be answered for a long time and shown what mixtures there are. They do not know what coals they sell for hookahs and how they differ. You should at least look at the product reviews on the Internet.
And I'm not talking about making coffee at all. We ordered 2 coffees, the young man made them, we asked for sugar, to which he replied that there was none. Is it not an option to say in advance? I would have offered syrup instead, but no, I had to ask for it myself.

They sold an unoriginal/defective cartridge and refused to replace it. For 2 months, I went to buy a liquid and a cartridge every week. Until they sold another v.thru cartridge, which tasted not of liquid, but of some kind of medical cotton wool. The cartridge itself differs from the "normal" ones: the inscriptions were slightly larger in size and had less embossing, the arrow on the plug of the liquid inlet was thicker, the recycling sign was depicted differently and had fewer details, the texture on the finger notches was not so pronounced and was only in the center, the cartridge itself was slightly wider and inserted into UNDER only with sufficient effort, and there was no taste of the liquid. After explaining all this to the staff, who did not check the cartridge in any way, I received the answer that the cartridge would not be changed for me, justifying this by saying that they were not changed anywhere. I do not advise buying cartridges and pods here, because this is not the first "tasteless" cartridge bought here, which means that the problem of selling non-original products and defects is constant
