It is sad that behind the good work of marketers (creative names of master classes, a good Internet page) there is such a disinterested attitude towards customers. I really didn't like the communication of the specialist on Instagram... Today I wanted to purchase a certificate, and they told me beforehand that I could do it in a cafe until 6 p.m. When I arrived there, I was unable to buy it, as there were no certificates for the required amount. It's weird, isn't it? After all, one minimum children's master class costs 120 rubles, and they offered denominations of 50 and 100 rubles...

Terrible customer orientation, it's unclear how they work. I wanted to purchase a certificate by writing to them about it in advance, they said they work until 6 on weekdays, in fact I arrived at 4, kissed the door and left.
