The evaluation is solely about the quality of service! My wife and I went to buy a burger. We stood and looked at it, and the cashier said, “Is the order safe?” (Will you order at all?)with a rude tone. Next, there is no Apple pay in the establishment. There is a Caspi pos terminal, there is a high probability that Apple Ray was present at it. But the cashier said no. Then, at first, when we came in, we noticed that the cashier was sitting with a friend. There was a one-size-fits-all (electronic cigarette) on the table, most likely they used it indoors. When our order was ready, I asked for a coke, the cashier named one price. Since I clearly heard this price, I transferred the specified amount to caspi, as they have no other payment methods. Then the cashier named a higher price. I clarified that there was a different amount at the beginning. The cashier replied with a rude tone that she had named the current price. I had to transfer more funds to caspi. After the payment, the cashier literally stuck her face into the phone and stood for a while without giving my order (a coke). Bottom line: There is no customer orientation, involvement, subordination and manners. And of course, there is a complete lack of basic courtesy to the client! Damage: Loss of time, negative emotions, and negative recommendation of this food place!
