I recently visited a wonderful place and was completely delighted with the service! The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive! I forgot my wallet, and fortunately, they noticed it right away.
When I contacted them, they immediately confirmed that my wallet was safe and waiting for me. It was very important to me. It's nice to know that there are still such caring and responsible people today.

They cook very quickly and only after you ordered , you never stayed hungry after burgers
Everyone is always polite and everything is always clean
The best positions for my taste are the Metropolitan Tramp and the Meat Grinder
They also make awesome lemonades

A burger joint of a well-known chain, the menu is normal, with interesting names, prices are also ok, there are not many seats inside, the kitchen is open, so the smell of cooking is felt, the service is polite, I took takeaway, I don't really like to sit in such places. The best burgers in Tashkent according to my children. Nice guys at the order desk. It is quite a cozy atmosphere, if you manage to take tables with sofas. There are tables with bar chairs - also an interesting experience. Delivery is working. We usually take a set of "Freebies" and a children's set for children. I recommend.

My husband and I regularly go to chef burger in Yunusabad. Until today, they came out satisfied and well-fed. But today the burgers were dry, not a drop of sauce (although usually there was sauce everywhere). The buns are different, rubber and larger than the cutlet itself, 1.5 times. The potatoes were served cold. When they asked the receptionist and the cook: "has something changed in the recipe?", they replied: "that you didn't pick up the order for a long time, that's probably why!". Although we were sitting in front of the kitchen and waiting for it to be ready. And accordingly, the order was picked up immediately.
As a result, something has changed and, alas, not for the better. Maybe the chefs are different, I don't know. But return it as it was.

I ordered the delivery. The burgers and fries were cold and wet from condensation. The taxi driver most likely traveled around half the city delivering orders to other addresses in parallel. They ruined the whole dinner. I had to stupidly throw out the entire order, except for drinks. In short, demand to be delivered directly, that's what you pay for. I'm not even talking about thermos bags anymore.
