WI-FI that is, that is not, does not work all the time, the load distribution in the hotel is not properly configured, and if one starts pumping, then no one works, and 2.4 GHz routers that cut the speed. Then it began that I wanted to buy mineral water from the refrigerator at the reception, they said to pay in cash, you can't write it down to the number, the card was not accepted. The room was dusty after check-in, even the next day after cleaning there was dust that could be seen on the dark furniture. I needed to iron things, I call the reception, they tell me again that it's only for cash and that it's impossible to write to the number and that's it, and if that doesn't suit me, then they can bring me an iron so that I iron myself. After that, I went down to the bottom and asked how the tax service treats such actions and immediately accepted payment by card. The elevator is one and sometimes it's faster to walk on foot than to wait for the elevator. There is no room service, and after 23:00 you can't help but drink coffee or eat. Yandex Taxi is present in Namangan, but orders are again only for cash and cars are not ordered. A taxi is ordered at the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel is not about anything at all, again they cannot use the card, flies fly, there is nothing on the menu 70%, the staff goes to whom it is convenient, but there is no sense from the managers. I would not like to stay at this hotel for the second time. Since there are many others who have a higher level.
Expensive, the quality does not hold up. The restaurant is open until 23 and if you check in at 15 minutes to 23 you will not be fed, since all the staff was dismissed as half an hour ago, this is a fact.

The balcony is 30 cm, the bathroom stinks, in the rooms you have to ask to change the bed linen. The air conditioner does not work well, there is no refrigerator in the standard room. The service of the restaurant nearby is very poor, you have to catch a waiter for half an hour.
The best hotel in Namangan. European level. A lovely restaurant on the ground floor. At first, the mattresses seemed very hard. But as it turned out later, hard mattresses are absolutely in all hotels in Uzbekistan.

The food in the Turkish restaurant is delicious. I appreciate the conditions well. But not great
The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is quite good. There is a swimming pool. Restaurant. There is no alcohol from the word "absolutely"! A great option!
Very nice hotel, the staff is helpful, polite. Cleaning is done daily. Delicious breakfasts, quite a wide variety, ranging from fruits to different types of nuts and dates.
The hotel is normal, good Internet, excellent breakfast, but a very noisy street outside the window. The room had a balcony, there was no desire to go out or leave the door open. They took money not according to the tariff and did not give a priest.
I advise you without hesitation. I've been to a lot of places, and this hotel is worth checking in without thinking. The breakfast is excellent, very hearty dishes, a fitness room, a good restaurant at the hotel. Clean rooms, bathroom accessories.

The hotel is disgusting, dirty, smoky room, and smoking is prohibited in them. Everything is smoked - towels, blankets, curtains , even toilet paper . The beds are in a pile of hair , dirty . They don 't wash the floors , they haven 't washed the bathroom in 100 years . There is no shoe spoon , although there are many business guests in the hotel , even this one is missing . There was no hot water for two days . Breakfasts are on the verge of fantasy - there is nothing to eat , there are empty containers , fried eggs floating in oil and sausages of unknown origin . There is no porridge . The nuts are bitter . Fruits are not sweet and it's in high season. The coffee machine ( if you can call it that ) does not work , cups on a wet dirty tray . The food (a kind of sausage and cheese) is all cherished, old.
They tried to cheat at the reception when exchanging currency . They were trying to be nice through their teeth . In the hotel restaurant, 90% of the dishes are missing , the service is mediocre. What will be available will be the day before yesterday . I don't recommend it . I will definitely not return and will not recommend this hotel to my colleagues and friends. Some negative emotions .
