I was in the restaurant a week ago, hung my jacket in the wardrobe, and after an hour and a half it was gone. I contacted the administrator, which was followed by a rude response, your problems, where did she go? I understand that no one is responsible, but there has been no apology so far and my jacket has not been found yet!!! It turns out that when you come to the establishment, you need to keep your jacket on and keep it with you, that's how I understood it!!! The employees of the institution do not know how to communicate with people at all!!! The director at least called during all this time and at least compensated for my loss!!! I will recommend other establishments to all my friends, not this one!!! With this approach to people, I don't think you'll have long to exist!!! I waited a week for some movements from the administration and management, only after that I decided to write a review!!!

Great place! The setting is wonderful. Good karaoke. Delicious cuisine. Attentive and responsive staff. I recommend. A cozy place both to cancel a wedding, an Anniversary, and just to sit with friends. P.S.

Dear head of this institution, if you want your institution not to turn into a diner, pay attention to your staff, namely your ground and not polite administrator and security!!! We visited your institution for the first time, if you can call it a visit.At the entrance, your administrator tried to tell us some kind of nonsense that your terminal beats only round amounts, so she can't break through 42 rubles, she needs to round the amount, after loud clarifications, she changed her information and said that she had no change from cash, how is that at all?
After entering the establishment, we saw a disgusting sight, men were sitting across the table and sleeping at tables, as in eateries. Is this the face of your establishment?
They brought us an order and my husband came up after work, but they wouldn't let him in because he didn't have such trousers, but half of your visitors were wearing sneakers and the same pants, apparently the guards have a certain education to determine where they think the joggers are and where the sweatpants are. If you have a specific dress code, then at least your security cannot be in sports shoes.
We all had to go outside to spend time with our friends and spouse after a spoiled mood, we didn't try your food either, unfortunately, it was collected for us.After our comrades left, we decided to return to the institution. Nevertheless, we paid the money for admission, and in fact we were not even there, but your administrator did not let us in, although we had bracelets on our hands, explaining that she wanted it so, how is it?????? The money for the entrance was not returned to us and they did not let us into the institution. I understand that we urgently need to contact the consumer protection Society, I have not seen such horror in more than one institution.

Karaoke "I'll sing it now " left fragments of broken hopes instead of singing. We came with friends to celebrate the holiday, the mood was high, looking forward to a fun evening. But before we even crossed the threshold, we were confronted with the "hospitality" of a local security guard.
This character, who clearly confused karaoke with a secret military facility, communicated in a boorish manner and gave the impression that we owed him something. There was a feeling that he was not happy with visitors in principle, and his task was to scare away everyone on the approach.
After an openly unfriendly relationship, the desire to sing and have fun evaporated instantly. We decided that it would be better to spend the evening somewhere else, where customers are treated with respect.

When entering the hall, they charge an advance payment for the table, which is also not very good in our opinion. But then everything turned out to be very good: the waiter served perfectly, they ordered sushi and sliced fruit and white wine from the food, everything was very tasty, there were a lot of karaoke songs in the repertoire, and most importantly, there were few people and the queue reached you quickly. We were at the koraoka bar today, we liked everything except the attitude and approach to our customers, for which you need to pay a table deposit of 160 rubles when you come hoping to sing and in the end you sit and listen to the bangs endlessly singing who pay for songs in turn, you can somehow change the approach to the VIP system and take into account all your visitors,not only those who salivate over the deposit!!!!!

I love kings.I always went to the center. I found out what had opened in my area, decided to go.....Should I say that I'm in shock? Yes!!!! I didn't expect this!!! The institution as a whole is not bad, they left 700 rubles, the prices are certainly not the most affordable. However, we had a good rest until we went out to smoke and quietly listen to music on the phone. You see, the fat-bellied guard didn't like it and he ruined the whole mood. I think such people should guard a place not where people relax and enjoy the evening, but some kind of Euroopt, where it belongs. So I would not recommend spending the evening in this institution, at least until they reconsider the attitude of their guards to calm people.
