Insanely cool hotel, very glad that I visited here, delicious breakfasts. The coffee that the waiter made is excellent. The guys at the reception are great, they helped with all the problems. Next year I will definitely stay in this hotel again☺️

This was the nicest hotel on our trip in Uzbekistan (we stayed in 6 others, half of them more expensive than this one. Positives: very clean and stunningly finished inside, excellent breakfast, comfortable room and beds, very nice internal garden with a fountain. There is free mineral water 24/7. The staff are charming and very helpful. Genuinely a very nice hotel.

Wonderful! We visited in May 2025. The hotel was pleased with the high level of service. The breakfast was decent, the coffee was natural - which was important to us. The customer-oriented staff, the guys and the girl at the reception will prompt and help you. I especially liked the decoration and design: oriental-style luxury at an affordable price. There is a supermarket and a cafe in the immediate vicinity. Of course, it takes about 20 minutes to get to Registan, but it didn't bother us at all. We enjoyed a walk through Alisher Navoi Park. We were on business, and we were provided with the required format of accounting documents without any problems. Thanks! :))

We visited the hotel in January, the hotel is super, spacious and clean rooms, snow-white linens, comfortable beds, everything is new. Very warm, all heated floors, beautiful courtyard. Delicious breakfasts and friendly staff. I definitely recommend it.

A gorgeous hotel. It impresses with its splendor and at the same time comfort without pathos. Great rooms, we found one with access to the main street. Very friendly staff. The breakfasts are buffet style, quite tasty. I am pleased with the availability of fruits for breakfast. I recommend staying here when visiting Samarkand

A great hotel, very modest, everything is beautiful, and the courtyard inside is a great green idea, the plants both around the hotel and in the courtyard are magnificent!The breakfast is excellent, everything is there! It's a pity I couldn't get to the spa (pool, hammam , massage) all the hours were busy. Special thanks to the guys at the reception, for them there are no unresolved issues from even calling a taxi to setting the table for lunch! Super! I would like to come back with the whole family again!! And the location is great! In general, there is nothing to complain about! Well done to keep it up!

I was in Samarkand for the first time, we stayed at this hotel. The hotel is simply gorgeous, the staff is very polite and friendly. The rooms are simply gorgeous, and what an atmosphere in the hotel itself and in the courtyard. The service is at the highest level. The breakfasts are just great. If you happen to visit this glorious city again, then we will stay only at this hotel. Thanks to all the staff for their hospitality.

I lived in this hotel from April 20 to 23, I am delighted with the interiors, comfort, atmosphere of the hotel and am delighted with the coianda, all the young guys, as a selection, speak Russian perfectly, work from the heart and for the result,I dropped the phone from the guides in the car, and it is on silent,they quickly found the car was videotaped, the tourist police were called, they themselves began to search through Aikleud and went to pick up the phone together, worried with me, and the manager did not go home until they found me, I went to Bukhara, lived there in an expensive hotel and spent the night in a moaenpik-a chic hotel, but I did not see such an attitude anywhere else,next time I will come only to Shahzoda elite😍😇🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍

We stayed at this hotel on New Year's Day 24/25. They settled us in a moner with a window facing a blank wall. The price was standard, no discounts for the actual absence of a window. Despite the fact that there were rooms available, as it turned out later. The breakfasts are not delicious. They asked for 10,000 per person for the New Year's banquet, but they could not give either the menu or the program. I definitely don't recommend going to NG.

A cozy hotel, excellent staff.
Everything is clean and peaceful - it feels like you are an emir and you live alone in a hotel.
Delicious breakfasts. It was not immediately noticed that there are kettles for brewing delicious tea. In general, those who do not like packaged, keep in mind that you can brew.
There is a fantastic patio where you can catch Zen in the cool and under the murmur of water.
Some distance should not scare you, taxis in the city are very cheap.
There is an infin bank nearby, where dollars were changed at a very good exchange rate.
We also found a pleasant cafe Kavsar in the area, where locals eat. It is very tasty, inexpensive, and there is no heaviness in the stomach from what you have eaten. And there are honest waiters there - we made a mistake in zeros and paid more, they caught up with us and returned the excess.
I definitely consider this hotel as a place to stay on my next visit. You will need to remember your bathing accessories for visiting the spa.

A hotel with perfect service. The room is always clean. I left early in the morning - they cooked breakfast and put it in a container, the rest of the days we had breakfast at the hotel and for breakfast there is everything we are used to: porridge, eggs, sausages, sweets, pancakes, cottage cheese...... Coffee is also delicious, and in Uzbekistan you need to look for delicious coffee. They left for a few days, asked to leave the bike and suitcases, the guys took them out of the back room without talking. Asked to call a taxi with a suitable trunk - also solved the issue. You are always welcome to find out something, give me a hint, give me a bottle of water for the road once again. The best recommendations!!

A magnificent hotel! The rooms are at the highest level, everything you need is there. If not, very attentive boys from the reception will bring it on demand. The pillows are soft, the mattress is comfortable. The breakfast is hearty, coffee from the coffee machine. We were on New Year's Eve, we ordered a banquet. Everything went great with an excellent menu (even overeaten), the toastmaster entertained with contests, the DJ lit up one hundred percent! In general, the New Year was a success! Many thanks for our holiday to all the staff of the hotel and, of course, to the director, who very carefully ensures that every wish of the guests is fulfilled.

Good hotel, delicious breakfasts, convenient location. I took off one star for heating. We lived in winter, above the room was on the 3rd floor - the whole room had underfloor heating, the temperature below +30 could not be lowered. They couldn't help turn off the heating at the reception.

A very beautiful, comfortable, clean hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. A good breakfast. The maid connected the underfloor heating in the bathroom, seeing that I did not figure it out. But we could have saved on electricity. I was very touched. In a 3* hotel - bathrobes, good linen, cosmetics and a safe are amazing. Perhaps, when fully occupied, there is a moment with sound insulation through the front door because of the glass, but I lived out of season, it was very quiet. The location is excellent- there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the most important thing is walking distance to the historical center, although not very close. I was walking. I highly recommend the hotel. The most wonderful impressions come from Samarkand.

A very cozy hotel with an original courtyard, in summer, of course, it will be a pleasure to sit.
The staff is customer-oriented. They were allowed to leave a couple of hours later without additional payment.
But there are a couple of disadvantages.
Mattresses are very hard and for some reason in polyethylene. Apparently they take care of it. But because of this, the mattress pad and sheets constantly slip off at night.
And the second point, the door to the room is made of glass. Because of this, it is light in the room at night because the light is left in the courtyard and it turns out very light. A curtain would really help.
If these points were corrected, a solid 5+.

Excellent hotel, clean, large rooms, polite and helpful staff. The hotel has a sauna and a swimming pool. Turkish and Russian sauna. The pool is clean and warm. The room has everything you need. Safe, mini bar, toothpaste and counter in the shower, pleasantly smelling shower gel and shampoo. I recommend this hotel.
