I just ordered a Shawarma delivery from here.
The first thing is immediately why the unit, one shawarma arrived with hair. WITH HAIR! This is the first time I've seen this in Yerevan in 2 years.
The mushroom shawarma arrived with the hair, when I took out the hair, I did not think of taking it on video, but then I saw that there was another part there, and still took a picture and attached an image.
Now for the points:
Mushroom shawarma - ate only about half until I noticed the hair. The mushrooms are good, but the chicken meat is all veined, when you bite, it pulls in a few more pieces tied with fat, it's ultra disgusting.
Cheese shawarma - I did not look at my hair because it is very tasty, and one of the few that is straight with cheese, and not just cheese pita bread.
The potatoes are thick, and because of this, when they cool down a little, they become strange in consistency.
In general, the Cheese shawarma is delicious, but the hair in the Mushroom Room is just darkness. Thank you very much Glovo for returning the money for the Mushroom. In fact, of course, it's a horror.
Waiting for a burger instead of the promised 10 minutes was 40 minutes. When asked if the order would be ready soon, the answer came in 20 minutes! At the same time, there were only 2 orders on the scoreboard.
As a result, I canceled the order without trying the "wonderful" burger (maybe for the best, judging by the reviews)
We ordered a shawarma and have been standing for 15 minutes, watching them make orders for delivery. They don't even accept ours. And before that, we waited 10 minutes for the terminal to work.
I consider the unambiguous priority of online orders over live ones to be incorrect in relation to face-to-face customers.
