There used to be a good place, I liked other points too. Now the shawarma is tasteless, falling apart; the tables are dirty; the order was confused several times. Everything would be fine if I hadn't been poisoned the other day (I took potatoes and garlic sauce (apparently, he is the culprit)), I lay for 2 days with a temperature of 39 degrees and vomiting. I didn't want to figure it out. Naturally, I won't take anything else here. Take action, please.

It's just a terrible place.
We went in with my wife and made an order and sat down at a table. There was a drunk customer nearby. He swore obscenities, insulted and humiliated visitors . They approached and asked the staff to take action, the request was ignored.They asked to call the police to ignore it completely.
We contacted the administrator and she explained to us that this was their regular customer and no action was taken either. They decided to leave the establishments , refusing the order they had made and asked for a refund .Which was also refused. In general, it was very similar to the barge pub "ALA -90", I would not recommend this cafe chain to anyone in order not to spoil the evening. And children should generally avoid such places.
Yes, it is a pity that the director turned out to be indifferent to the situation.

In general, once again there is no price-quality correspondence, and the service is at zero level.
There are quite a few establishments in our city where you can have a good meal for 30p.The disappointment is complete!
