The order was placed at the Crossroads shopping center for 2 Mexican shawkas of 300 grams each. One small one (300g) costs 8 rubles. I pay in cash, I give 50 rubles, the girl asks for 1 ruble and gives the change 5 rubles. I naturally told her, she apologized, well, she worked hard, she doesn't happen to anyone. I did it relatively quickly, in 10 minutes, considering that there was still a queue in front of us, we picked it up, came home, and there were two small rolls with a thin pancake, and as they wrote in the review above, it almost fell apart, I weighed it for the sake of interest, 250 gr. the price is for 300, but okay, again I thought, +/- a few grams, but when I started eating, it was something. Mexican, well, it will be a little island, with different fillings, it will be normal, I thought, But when I started eating, my mouth was burning so much that I wanted to vomit. They put so much jalapeno on 250 grams that it would be a lot on a large one, you would say that everyone has their own taste, but no, there was almost one jalapeno from bottom to top, and in another, the same one, one piece of chicken in the morning and all the pepper on the bottom, how can you eat it? A question for the management. Do you train your employees to make shawarma, or do you want your customers to pay?! I'm generally not conflicted and I understand that there are different situations. But considering that there are a lot of dissatisfied people here, I will not recommend this locally to anyone.

I ordered the shawarma at 10:15 and it was said it would be ready within 15 minutes, I arrived at 10:30, they said another 15 minutes, as a result, I come up and wait for another 8 minutes. In general, 38 minutes passed instead of the promised 15 minutes, even though the very first one placed an order. The shawarma is generally not bad, but the rating is well deserved

A good enough shawarma. But the taste and quality depend on who is cooking. It doesn't always turn out to be a good shawarma. Although they used to do it all the time, usually the staff is friendly and smiling, but sometimes it happens in a different way.

Note to the management ! Work with the staff and with the quality of the positions. Recently I stopped by the Neighbors. On the way out, I noticed this trakfud. Bright, "delicious" billboards. I called my wife and asked if I could buy her something, in the hope that I would also buy myself at the same time)) she asked for French fries, so I ordered nuggets and shawarma to catch up. I was told the time was 12 minutes. Well ok. I'll wait. The time is 11 o'clock, a weekday. NO ONE before me and after me. 2 girls make an order. After 20 minutes, I came up by myself. One is on the phone, the other is doing something. I was told "10 minutes" again. And then I realized what's wrong with paying right away. I would have left long ago. But - it's paid. So in fact - 2 specialists on weekday mornings, in the absence of a queue, made orders for 32 minutes. Checked the receipt. And oh my God ) Instead of one shawarma, another spicy one. Potatoes are just fresh potatoes - barely fried, nuggets - chicken mass - in batter. Shawarma, not much is wrong, so it fell apart into 2 parts when I took it out of the package. there was just cabbage in the middle of the roll and it couldn't stand the weight and broke in half. And for this " set" I gave 28 rubles. There are no questions about the price. I understand everything BUT! A person wants to get delicious flavorful food for this money, and not wait half an hour at an empty tractor - "this" is a respected owner. Work with the staff, as the buyer who bought from you once is unlikely to come twice. And word of mouth has not been canceled. Good luck in your business !

-2 stars for waiting per hour, instead of the promised 10 minutes. it's over, there are no potatoes and nuggets, drinks are missing. many of the prices written in the menu are different, at the checkout they say 1-3 rubles more expensive! in many places, the meat is dry and there is little sauce. in general, it is acceptable, but we do not intend to wait so long anymore!
