We were at the institution on 07/18/24. We ordered 2 shawarma (shawarmania), medium-sized for 10p each. The order was not expected at the institution (as it turned out in vain). After taking the order, I decided to try the shawarma as I got into the car. To say that I was shocked is to say nothing. The shawarma consisted of two pita bread and... that's all. There was practically no filling in the shawarma. That is, for 10p for shawarma, you actually get pita bread. I brought the shawarma back, they said NO to the request for a plaintive book. There is no corner of the consumer to find out information about the owner, nor the number of the head, the girls who worked on the shift refused to give the number of the owner or head and refused to call him themselves. They didn't even want to give the money back, but they realized that it wouldn't end well for them and returned it. If there had been more time, the police would have been called, because there are so many violations there that it's time to close the institution.

We decided to try shawarma in a new establishment in our city.
We bought two large shawarma sizes L, the difference of which eventually turned out to be 100g. The staff doesn't know what size gram they have.
Shawarma consists of almost one pita bread, and a little filling. We bought Turkish and Korean, one or the other tasted disgusting, the chicken seemed to be just boiled and tasteless, they didn't even finish eating, they just couldn't.
Plus, one of the shawarma had a long dark hair as a gift👍🏼
From now on, we will avoid this institution
