A good option is to have a quick and satisfying snack in the center of Baku. A good classic shawarma. A large tea set. The waiters are quite friendly, but they do not speak either Russian or English, so you need to be ready to show pictures on the menu
Not a bad place, the food is suitable for a quick snack. BUT after we ate and brought the bill, an ambivalent-looking waiter came up and began to demand tea (we planned to leave them anyway), the situation was not as pleasant as possible, and 2 other waiters served us, and this is probably a local bouncer. I do not recommend an institution if you do not want to spoil the mood
