I went in and wanted to order a shawarma on the street, heavy rain said that their meat was not ready, I had to wait 20 minutes, I agreed, I said I would wait, they were not allowed to wait indoors, kicking out the most terrible place where I was
It all started well, a couple of years ago. Then it gets worse, but the design inside is relevant and pleasant. According to the investments, the chicken is the minimum minimum, just a sea of any sauce, in which mainly cabbage floats and a little bit of the rest that is required by the recipe. Recently, they began to mix the chicken with yesterday's - this is very noticeable, because yesterday's, overheated and, accordingly, over-dried, is generally associated with sawdust in taste and hardness. I took it once a month on average, when you get home from work at sunset, you really want to eat, but you don't have the strength to cook. But I probably won't do it anymore - at least the Greek one, in addition to the dried chicken, contained such salty olives that the salt itself rests - it's just receptor napalm...it seems that it was the saltiest thing I've eaten in my whole life - although I ate only one at the beginning, I spat out the rest, because I doubted the body's ability to assimilate such a product. Prices are like everywhere else, the food has become worse than it was before and worse than similar in the city. On the plus side, everything is stored in refrigerators, and sanpin is observed. But the shawarma has become lame on both legs.
They almost always cheat on the weight (repeatedly underweight was 50-100 grams) of shawarma, sanitary conditions do not elementary neglect the use of protective equipment (gloves, mask), use stale meat of not the first freshness after which, in turn, indigestion, for this money the quality is low, I used it because I live nearby, I do not recommend it if your health is important to you.
The order was given very quickly, literally in 3-4 minutes, apparently the preparation of the shawarma had already been done earlier and it just had to be grilled. This was the reason for the complete fiasco (not even that there is little filling, but a lot of pita bread): the meat and sauce inside did not have time to warm up while the pita bread was baking, so the shawarma as a whole turned out to be cold and tasteless.
I come here very often to eat shawarma. Everything is very tasty. There is only a normal amount of meat and sauce. Very interesting additives. Good slicing of cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers. Friendly chefs. I would like to say a big thank you to the head, the chefs. Good luck with your work.
I'm coming in. He plays a disgusting Russian boy rap with mats. The setting is a snack bar. There are two "clear-cut boys" among the visitors. I'm getting to know the menu on the screen above my head. I catch the displeased look of the Shawarma employee. I leave without knowing how they cook.
