Shawarma as shawarma)
A time-tested thing that I hope will be in my life more than once.
Shawarma with zajiki sauce (or whatever it is called) is a Greek sauce made of yogurt, honey, olive oil, garlic and vinegar.
All this is thoroughly whipped with a whisk until smooth, after which it is mixed with chopped cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, seasonings.
The sauce should be thick, but not so thick that it spreads.
