I'm ordering here for the second time. In general, the shawarma is delicious, for the first time there was a girl on shift, very nice and polite.
But today's character left the worst impressions about this place. …
There was a misunderstanding on the part of the employee that he heard my order wrong, as a result of which he gave the wrong change. I understand everything, you're boiling, there are a lot of people and orders, everything happens. But yelling at me with evidence of my guilt and accusing me of not being able to count is too much. Why couldn't I calmly sort out the situation and double-check /re-ask the order?
In the end, when he did me a favor and agreed to return some of the change to me, he also returned the wrong amount and began to claim again that I couldn't count. As a result, I returned the entire amount correctly when I recalculated it myself again!
Very boorish behavior on the part of an employee, and first of all on the part of an adult.

of course, I understand everything, but if I wanted nuggets or saw them in a shawarma, I would have ordered this particular position. It is unclear whether these are unsold nuggets that the cook needed to dispose of somehow and he did not come up with anything better than to put them in a shawarma, or whether this is an author's recipe, but in any case, it is worth mentioning this in the description! The overall taste is also not to say wow. The pita bread is not bad, but there is a lot of ketchup that flows from the shawarma, instead of chicken, it is unclear what.

When I'm driving by, I try to go in, because the shawarma is quite tasty, but today I was unpleasantly surprised when I came in and heard, instead of greeting or a polite request to wait, a snide phrase - we smoke for half an hour. No explanation, no polite refusal, they say a large order (my guess) is just rudeness. Thanks for killing all the desire to come to you. When there was a girl, it was nice, but now it's a man. Keep up the good work, you won't be able to fend off customers, because everyone appreciates this attitude.

I noticed that Ekaterina's cook is doing much better than the guy
The guy has too much cabbage and cucumber in his shawarma, which makes the nuggets and kortoshka turn into porridge, and the shawarma is like soup in pita bread
Ekaterina takes these points into account and it turns out super!
Also, for some reason, the guy does not make a "male" shawarma

I highly recommend not buying shawarma here, we bought it twice, and the same problem every time, namely: by the time you get home (3-5 minutes), it will already be like a rag at home, the pita bread is very thin and softens before your eyes, it lies on the grill not for shape, but only for appearance, well and there was no taste either: this time they bought "American" and forgot the second name, shawarma with sausages, so, in the first, the French fries were raw, tasteless and not crispy in places, and the nuggets were like "bread with water", not fried, as if they were taken out of the freezer and thrown "as is", and in the second taste there was only mustard, from sausages one name.
