04.09.2024 I bought original candles for Volvo. After a run of 30 km, one candle failed. Having made an oral claim, he was refused. After an official written request, I received consent for a refund, but within 14 days the company cannot find the necessary funds. More than two months have passed since the first appeal and these are just candles. It's a pity, of course, but the attitude towards customers is disgusting and I do not advise contacting them.
