You can use it only if you already know the specific number of the spare part that is needed, there is no search on the site, except for entering the number of a specific spare part or trying to figure out the catalogues for the product, it is impossible to find anything. And you can come to terms with this if there is at least a catalog with the usual categories, which are also not here, everything is scattered everywhere, it's even a banal mission to buy a light bulb, I managed to find the category "lamps" only through a Google search. I like the rest of the store: polite staff, a well-established and fast ordering process- everything is fine, except for this terrible website.
If it wasn't for the location that was convenient for me, I would have used auto1 (not advertising, I like them a lot less, but their website is noticeably better). As a result, I find the necessary spare part on the avto1 website, copy the number to the terrible shatemag website and order there, and we live there.

I urgently needed a front brake hose for my old lady (Volvo S80 2), I call there and they tell me we don't have such a hose, of course I was shocked that such a big company doesn't have such a small thing, well, no, no, but I urgently needed a car the next day and I I began to look for a solution to the problem, my wife says let me call and ask about replacement options, or you can pick up, I say call, then she calls and the operator says yes, there is no hose, but you can pick up on the external and internal threads, come with a sample and we will find, I will immediately say I do not like such moments (we will pick up something) and we call a friend who works for sellers of spare parts at Vaupshasov in Minsk, he looked and said yes, there is your hose on the Chat-m go and buy here is the part number, I say I just called, they said they didn't have it, and he says no, here is the number. I arrived there, discharged him and took him away. So the bottom line is, you can doubt the competence of sellers (operators) where they were taken is not clear, they absolutely do not want and apparently cannot engage in the selection of spare parts because they do not have enough knowledge, and they look like you do not know the numbers and in general how you came here the serf went away, it's easier for them to say no, and go to the forest and it wasn't just once, I described only this case.
