If this is your first time buying something here, just call, don't use the site, it's terrible. You can use it only if you already know the specific number of the spare part that is needed, there is no search on the site, except for entering the number of a specific spare part or trying to figure out the catalogues for the product, it is impossible to find anything. And you can come to terms with this if there is at least a catalog with the usual categories, which are also not here, everything is scattered everywhere, it's even a banal mission to buy a light bulb, I managed to find the category "lamps" only through a Google search. I like the rest of the store: polite staff, a well-established and fast ordering process- everything is fine, except for this terrible website.
If it wasn't for the location that was convenient for me, I would have used auto1 (not advertising, I like them a lot less, but their website is noticeably better). As a result, I find the necessary spare part on the avto1 website, copy the number to the terrible shatemag website and order there, and we live there.
