I do not advise anyone to go to this institution. We wanted to spend the evening with our colleagues and celebrate our professional holiday. The order was made several days in advance. We gathered at the designated time...We waited two hours for the hot stuff...The cocktails never arrived...Of the 11 people, only two were lucky enough to receive a cocktail 2.5 hours later. The dishes are mixed up, the sauces were not brought.. A burnt shish kebab. The evening was ruined completely. We didn't eat, we didn't celebrate...We broke up without a mood. No one apologized.As a result, we were still shortchanged. There's also a man playing the saxophone... He comes up to the table and plays music in people's ears, and it's impossible to "drive him away" until you pay the money. It was just a nightmare!

Kebabs are not tasty at all, they are already served barely alive, cooled down. We booked a table in advance for a certain number of people, arrived at the time, but only the table was served and they gave us a table where there were not enough places at all, we asked for a bigger table - at first the waiter said that all the tables were occupied, then it turned out that there were none. I do not recommend ordering this for 15,000 tenge. I do not recommend taking shashlikoff beer, the body is terrible. Usually we drink 1.5-2 liters of beer at home for one person and it's fine, right from the first glass of beer, it sticks out specifically, it feels like they are diluted with strong alcohol. As a result, we regretted that we ordered 3 liters of shashlikoff beer, drank a maximum of 2 liters. Many items are not available on the menu, which is also disappointing. Or glued positions that turned out to be available at the moment, as a result, the assortment seems to be large, but in fact 5 times you need to find out from the waiters what is available.

Everything was fine at the opening, that was the first time we were there. This time they visited on my birthday on 18.01 and were disappointed after all... The reservation was not confirmed, one admin did not transfer it to another, okay, it was a weekday and so there was no one. Further, no one meets on the second floor, according to the menu: the pictures were removed, some positions were changed, the bar is half empty. The admin reacts quickly to comments, I conclude that you often have to deal with the kitchen, the waiters are weak, honestly and without offense. Cuisine : we ordered the same salad 2 times at the beginning of the evening and at the end, yes it was delicious, but the first time there was no bell pepper in it and garlic was not felt, in the second case it was already there, we ordered a grill set, beef was difficult to chew, the salad was bitter as if it was. By the way, the appliances were served after the salad was brought first and I had to talk about the drinks so that they would be brought. The bartender is also nimble . Cheese sticks are a separate story, they could not be cooked for me twice and, lo and behold, they were made for the third time (60 g 3 medium, I would even say small sticks), but they could not be made the first time, they were cold, I just let them touch and look inside. An action was registered on Instagram , allegedly a wine wednesday through ! There are two different offers from which it follows that the namesake received a bottle of wine as a gift , but we were told half the price after the cocktail and other alcohol were ordered. The strangest thing is, only the waiter congratulated after she took a picture of the ID, although the same Instagram shows that they congratulate people with a cake or cake. It is very, very strange, even somehow insulting. The atmosphere is calm, the music playing in the background is not loud. Honestly there is nothing to praise for😭 I will not go to this institution anymore 🤷

Nothing was ready, the table was not set, we did everything ourselves and set the dishes, and then we also cleaned the dirty ones, because you couldn't get a waiter. The administrator Maria came 1 time and that's it... And this is a karaoke VIP booth. The karaoke itself is just terrible , they couldn 't turn it on and set it up for about 15 minutes .Honestly, the sound and equipment are just terrible , like a microphone from the market .
