The first time we went to dinner as a family..we liked everything and were served quickly and efficiently..
We decided to celebrate our birthday for the second time..The tables were booked earlier and the menu was selected..we paid the prepayment..and all of us have become uninteresting to them..the dishes were taken out very slowly and one at a time..So the agreement was that by the time the table would be set with salads and drinks and the hot stuff would be taken out later..it was not there that the salads were taken out one at a time, it was extremely inconvenient in front of the guests, everyone was hungry..while the second salad is being taken out, we have already eaten everything, and when we took out cold barely warm hot and a piece of bishtex that the grandmother could not chew or cut off..like a jackboot..I do not recommend ordering in advance..

A great place for lovers of delicious meat! The kebab was delicious – perfectly fried, juicy and fragrant. I was especially pleased with the cocktail with Snickers – an unusual combination that left a lot of positive emotions. I would like to express my special gratitude to the waiter Jeanne for her high-quality and pleasant work. She was attentive, polite and made our evening even more comfortable. We will definitely come back here again!

And yes, serving a burger for 50 minutes is too much, during this time they served pasta, snacks, croutons, barbecue.

I was in Petropavlovsk on business, I went to have a snack at Shashlikoff. In Russia, I also visit their restaurants in Omsk and Yekaterinburg, I like the cuisine. On Saturday evening it was not crowded, there was no one at the reception, in the bar too, I waited for 5 minutes, the bartender appeared, followed by the waiter. We sat down at a table and accepted the order. In general, the food was delicious, but the meat was a bit harsh and if you compare it with shish kebabs in Russia, then the kitchen is 4.

Unfortunately, the shish kebab did not please me — the meat turned out to be a little dry, and the marinade was barely felt. There was a lack of rich flavor and juiciness, as if the meat had not had time to soak in spices. I hope they'll take a closer look at the preparation next time.
But I would like to mention the excellent work of the waiter — polite, attentive and quickly served, which made the visit pleasant.

Ordered sat with friends, ordered a barbecue, the meat was well-fried, but the marinade is not felt from the word at all. I personally ordered two different cocktails without alcohol, so both were almost the same with a lot of ice. The atmosphere is good, the staff was normal and the service was good. We waited 50 minutes to cook a burger and potatoes for the child, I understand that the barbecue is being prepared, we took our time with him, the drinks were brought immediately. It is very strange that it was impossible to cook shish kebab and grilled vegetables at the same time, after 80 minutes there were no vegetables, they apologized and offered to wait a little longer. Moreover, the hall was half full, maybe even less, there may have been a lot of orders for delivery, but before making an order from the waiter, they specified the waiting time, which supposedly should have been 20-30 minutes! As a result, I did not like the set , the salad was delicious, the children's menu was also satisfied!!
