On the positive side: a good interior, the presence of a toilet and air conditioning, a varied menu. There are several items on the menu that are worth ordering, for example, borscht, noodle soup or pilaf, caesar salad, fries.Pork neck kebab for three. The chicken thigh kebab was brought with blood. Mashed potatoes and buckwheat - they haven't eaten such tasteless ones yet: put at least butter in the porridge , otherwise it's impossible.
There is no service: we go to the menu ourselves, dirty dishes are on the tables for half an hour, they serve slowly, unfriendly waiters, the feeling that visitors interfere with their rest. The toilet is dirty.
I give one star only to the kitchen, they cook delicious, there are no questions.
But as for the hall, there are no words.
1. When we arrived, three waiters were arguing all over the room that they didn't really want to serve us
Well, looks can be deceiving))))
2. I have not seen such rudeness from waiters with a dissatisfied muzzle for a long time (it is difficult to call such an expression a face ...)
3. They brought me some not-cooked khinkali)))) When I told the waiter about it, I was offered to cook them, I explained that it was inappropriate to have them redone in half.
4. There were no napkins on the table, we had to take napkins from neighboring tables, the waitress was not up to us at all (she was combing her hair at the counter)
In short, the service is at -10 points
And this is despite the fact that the first order was for almost 3,000 tons, we could have sat and ordered something further, but no one came up to us and had to pay off ourselves. We sat at the dirty table for 20 minutes, no one cleans the dishes there, for that 10 percent is already included in the bill, that's the result, why bother and work with guests when they will receive a percentage anyway.
It would be very interesting to see the owner of the establishment. This place is more like some kind of family row, where everyone behaves as they want. They shout, dance, do everything except feed the guests or at least bring the menu. Very unpleasant feelings from all the waitresses of this establishment. The level of arrogance on their faces is simply off the scale. Once I managed to eat here, the waitresses decided to arrange a debriefing at the bar. We exchanged glances with other guests, exchanged smiles from the series "wow...". The second time I didn't eat, because I waited for the menu at the table for 15 minutes, then another 10 minutes at the bar.
