The staff is friendly and helpful. Yes, the hotel is old, but the guys are trying their best.
The food is good, they do the cleaning. There are four bars on site. A bus takes you to the sea every half hour. Towels are provided for the sea and the pool.
I highly recommend Akhmet's massages, he is a professional in his field.
You can always find flaws, but the overall impression is pleasant.

We visited in March 2025. The hotel is quite good in terms of price/quality, for this money it's just a gift!!! There wasn't much food, but it was delicious-lots of vegetables, fruits, fish and meat every day, pastries, tea/coffee, barbecue 5 times during the 10 days of our stay - chicken, beef stew, seafood, in general, we didn't stay hungry. The rooms, of course, are not 5 stars, but there is a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, shampoo and soap. The only negative, for me, is that the beach is far from free, they take the bus 6 times a day back and forth according to the schedule, because the driver is cheerful, the guys at the reception are above all praise - polite and smiling, they will always help, they will advise especially Ashraf - always on revenge and ready to help. Girls and boys are animators - well done. The massage is great at the hotel, especially Ahmet and Mohamed - an additional reason to come to this hotel!!!

The most beautiful thing in Egypt is the sea. As for me. Maybe I just didn't get into a good hotel. I have been to this country 🇪🇬 2 times and all 2 times I was hungry. The food is not mine. The alcohol in this hotel is terrible, everything tastes the same. And the taste is not very good, there was almost never any beer. The beach was great, there was a bar on the beach, where there was nothing but warm water and burnt cola. The staff seems to be trying, but the attitude towards everyone is different. It's different for young girls, it's different for older people. Cleaning service is 2 out of 5.
I would never visit this hotel again. But the sea in Egypt is very beautiful.
If you go purely for the sake of the sea, and eat in a cafe, then okay. You can spend the night there. The animation was on 3

I'm in this hotel right now. We have been vacationing with our daughter for 20 years.
The room was given a good one in a two-storey building (they call it a bungalow), and the balcony overlooks the Aqua Park. The room is large . They clean every day without money. When they moved in, the refrigerator wasn't working, they told the cleaner, and I changed it right away.
The food on the menu is small, but delicious. Fruits are oranges or grapefruit, dates. Desserts are monotonous. Coffee with milk, pepsi, sprite, everything is delicious.
The bus goes to the beach 6 times back and forth. There is a service on the beach for our hotel, water, pepsi, sprite, coffee, tea. For other hotels there is no or for a fee. They bring a bus and two more hotels. They have a bus running twice, one round trip.
The beach is large, sandy, with swings. The pier . The reef is medium-sized , and shoals of blue fish come in after lunch. And you swim with them as one, it's just a delight. We have to swim to the right to another hotel, there's a beautiful reef.
The animation works well, and it's fun and funny in the evening. You can get drunk from alcohol if you take a double Gin and a sprite separately. Everyone is smiling and trying to help from the staff.
The weather is gorgeous in the evenings . It's already hot at 10 a.m. it's already + 30 degrees

There are not enough forks for everyone. Paper napkins are generally a problem. The food is like in the station canteen. A common dish is mashed potatoes and beans. Meat and fish are distributed individually. The meat is mostly chicken skin. Alcohol is diluted. Whiskey, rum and brandy all taste the same. Powdered juices, such as jupi. The staff is polite. We had a rest from April 1 to April 14, 2025. I'll just describe some of the points and details, and you decide for yourself. We moved into the distant two-storey buildings at 16:30. The room's decoration is of course ancient, as everyone writes, so I did not resist, but only checked if everything was working - safe, air conditioning, refrigerator, toilet, shower, bidet, light bulbs, TV (we did not watch several foreign channels), then it turned out that the hair dryer was not working, but it was not needed. In the room, the newest thing turned out to be a push and hangers for clothes). the bed was one big one, made up, we decided to look at the sheet, it turned out to be some kind of dirty one, and three female hairs were found on two pillows! That is, they just didn't change the bed! Subsequently, I went and watched after the checkouts how the rooms were being prepared and noticed that this was practiced, for example, the pillowcase could be removed, turned inside out and put back on. The bed hasn't been changed in 2 weeks. They clean up every other day: they change the towel (they give two per person, there are no foot towels), add shampoo, wash the floor with a push and drag the floor with something, on which incomprehensible stains remain. I went to the reception, because the phone wasn't working, I said about the bed, they changed it. With nutrition, everything is ambiguous... The distribution room is small, and you need to queue for meat during lunch and dinner, but this happens for the first 35-45 minutes. For lunch, meat is only chicken, for dinner, chicken and beef or fish. Once I only saw how the sand was removed on half of the beach, so there are plastic mini-spoonfuls in the sand, and other garbage, although there are trash cans everywhere. The bus is packed during rush hour, 7-8 minutes there and 5-6 minutes back, walking to the beach for at least 25 minutes. In general, the hotel is tired, maybe something will change after swiss heaven bought it on February 1. It would seem that the lobby....the main entrance, but inside the plants and flowers are in a wilted state. The flags in front of the entrance are dirty and battered.... The territory is large, but it is not intended for walking. Lawns are about a third either withered or bare earth... Half of the gym equipment is not working. The host was sun international, I have never seen their representative at the hotel, even at the hour when it was scheduled for me....Something like that... We stayed at this hotel from March 31 to April 7, 2025. We took a trip by fortune. At first, we were upset when this particular hotel fell out, because many people wanted to move right away. In the end, we liked everything, there are a lot more advantages than disadvantages. We had a family vacation with a child for 2 years. We were put in a room on the 2nd floor. There was no balcony, but the window opened, and things could be dried on a grate outside the window. The room is large, spacious, and clean. The bathroom is clean too, the water is warm. The location is convenient: near the stairs to the pool and close to the reception. The staff is very friendly and helpful. no one asked for money for help. We always solved all the issues.special thanks to the animators. At every meeting, they amused and entertained our daughter. There were interesting performances in the afternoon and evening and a children's disco every evening. They work at the highest level. Everyone speaks Russian. The territory of the hotel is well-maintained, beautiful, clean. large clean pools, there is a small heated pool and work slides. On the downside: It's a bit far from the beach. There are no shelves in the showers, soap dishes, toilet brushes are missing at all.The bus to the sea runs often and according to schedule, but there is a fight to get on the first flights. When a lot of people have not left, the bus returns. We must pay tribute to the fact that people from four hotels sunbathe on the beach and only we have a bar with drinks, the rest even carry water with them. Access to the sea along the pantone, there are two stairs and two diving platforms. Experienced rescuers are on duty.(The woman became ill, at the moment they pulled her out, gave her an injection and brought her to her senses).The water is clear, there are many beautiful fish and corals. The approach from the shore is shallow and there are a lot of corals, rescuers allow you to go only knee-deep. If you don't swim well, you're not here.On the beach, animators do exercises, darts, zumbo and play volleyball. Then animation at 16.00 at the hotel - yoga , volleyball, and at 21.30 a show. The animators are great, they entertain as much as they can, they try. They know little Russian, but they understand the basic things.What can I say about the food: everything is very tasty, but you need to grab everything as soon as it opens. Then they take out only the unpopular. The room where the food is served is very small, so there are queues. The fruits were oranges, guava, melons, dates, tangerines, and meat:minced meat with vegetables, chicken legs, beef.There is a delicious boneless fish every day.Vegetables:tomatoes, cucumbers, Peking cabbage, bell pepper.The side dish was rice, pasta and a lot of other things, you definitely won't stay hungry. We stayed at this hotel in early December 2024. We took trips on the same day without really considering the reviews , as there were usually no problems with hotels .
But when I arrived at this hotel, there was no reason for my disappointment . The hotel was so ruined , the rooms were dirty , they gave me a room , and there was a smell like a skunk lived , they asked me to change it , they went into another one , the plumbing was all rusty , the bedding from previous tourists was not changed , but the bed was simply made up and there was a layer of dust on it . They asked me to change the bedding at lunch , but it was changed only after dinner and then when the janitor was led by the hand . The room was not opened with a card, but with an ordinary key, and there was only one and only one of us, so the room was not cleaned until you asked, and you need to find a cleaner at the hotel and bring him by the hand again and check. Otherwise , you can stay without a towel . 😂😂😂 By the way , there is only one towel per person !!!!
On food, a separate story .... The choice is not great , there is meat and fish , cucumbers , tomatoes , pasta , potatoes . At 19:00 for the opening , a huge queue is forming and if you come 20 minutes later , you may not see much , for example , cucumbers may no longer be there and they are not reported because they just ran out of sweets delicious , baklava is excellent

Shampoo opens only with your teeth, there is no shower gel or toothpaste, the water is yellow, barely warm, and flows in a thin trickle. There is no toilet brush. The meal began with a request for a napkin and a spoon. The tablecloth from the table is shaken to the floor and turned over in front of the guests. In the buffet restaurant, fish and meat are served in two small pieces. Instant coffee, mango, wine, beer were not on the menu, even at the New Year's Eve dinner. 12/31 at the color party, beach clothes were ruined by dousing them with paint, I gave them to the laundry, then I searched for them for two days, I found them dirty, they said they wouldn't wash them. The mornings of 12/30 and 01.01 began with the fact that they did not want to lead to the coral reef, they offered another one. The beach is 3 km away, 35 minutes on foot. I bought a cream at the hotel for $ 5, in the store it costs 1. The exchange at the hotel cost 625 rubles for $ 5. They make money on the Internet, paid Wi-Fi or a local left-hand SIM card. My wife and I stayed at this hotel in early December 2024. The hotel itself was recommended by the manager of the Burning Tours bank. We had never been to Egypt before, and we were also not familiar with the local flavor and surroundings, but we had heard that it was not Turkey, etc. At the entrance, we are greeted by a young man in his thirties, smiling maliciously, probably because he knows what lies ahead and cannot help but smile. After registration, we are led to the room by a very strange guy who, after we reach the room and go inside, stands and looks at us with puppy eyes, waiting for a green piece of paper. It's a pitiful sight. Before that, when flying to other countries, I had never checked the room for communications when checking in, everything always worked, and unknowingly I did not check here either. Entering the room without looking closely, it may seem that it is even cleaned occasionally. Looking closely, you realize that the owner does not invest money in the hotel and the employees themselves apparently do not care about the condition of the rooms. We changed three rooms in ten nights. The first one had bedbugs. After waking up in the morning and experiencing animal horror from the number of bites on the body, we went to the reception to change the number. After explaining what happened, not even though the number was changed, apparently they have this routine and in the order of things. They didn't apologize, they didn't try to make amends. In the second room, the bedbugs were replaced by mosquitoes and their fallen brothers in the form of bloodstains on the walls and ceiling. Three days later, after returning from the beach, they found a fallen and shattered sink in the shower. Without waiting for possible further collapses, they hurried to retreat to number three. All three rooms had rusty plumbing, the shower itself with a watering can was barely alive, and the sinks were tired and exhausted. About the food: I would not say that it is inedible, but it is also far from a gastronomic pleasure. It seems to be warm all year round, but fruit and vegetables were not delivered properly. Chicken, sometimes beef, grilled once a week. The bread is not delicious, the sweets are so-so. Alcohol is purely local, and apparently also the most affordable. Very specific, made of plastic bottles. There are two bars, one in the lobby and the other by the pool. I found the cocktails a little tastier in the lobby. There was a warm-hearted guy named Mustafa at the pool bar, which at least slightly offset the bad impression of the hotel and the alcohol served in it. Beer is paid, although it is exclusive, which is very strange for me. Surprisingly, there was animation every evening, the hotel had its own amphitheater, which undoubtedly someone would like. Anastasia is a good animator from Odessa, it's clear that she tried, thank you to her. There are two pools, a large non-heated one and a small heated one. There are slides on the small one. Transfer to the beautiful palm beach, there is a drink stand on the beach from the hotel, without alcohol. Many people write that they have been to this hotel for the fifth, sixth, seventh time. What kind of Stockholm syndrome people have is not entirely clear. There are much better options for this money, but I don't understand why they come back here.

In principle, this hotel is not even worthy of one star! There's dirt , cockroaches, and BEDBUGS in the rooms!!! Strong alcohol is all in PLASTIC bottles (which is basically not safe) , garage quality! Of the food for 9 days of stay, one piece of fish is GIVEN OUT!, and the rest of the days are over-dried and overcooked parts of the chicken, namely its incomprehensible parts, getting a leg on the issue is like winning the lottery !!! When checking in, they extort $ 30 for a room in the main building , or they immediately settle on the outskirts near a sewage pump where it is impossible to breathe , the stench is just like being in a village toilet all the time! But there is no sense from the money given , only the smell disappears , bedbugs and cockroaches remain !!! Photos of both of those caught in the room are attached! The air conditioner does not work for heating, so you will freeze during the winter months! All the underwear, even the ones they supposedly bring new, is all wrinkled and with hair! Just a huge amount of hair on the newly replaced underwear ! And they only change it after a scandal and after you prove to them that it has not changed after the previous guests ! Fortunately, it was not difficult to do this, the linen was all stained and with a corresponding smell! The hot water is taken away 3-4 times during the day for 30-40 minutes each time , but not at a certain time , so you can NEVER wash properly! The water is hot and orange , rusty , and after a few days you start to itch all over , and I'm attaching a video of the color of the water ! And the cherry on top of this whole pile is that on the last day of our stay, the bus was turned around at the entrance to the beach and told that the rental of the beach by your hotel was over!!! If you are not an enemy of your health, then do not try to go to this hotel. The whole hotel is falling apart. Dirt is everywhere. The rooms are very dirty and have bedbugs. I was bitten the first night. There were bedbugs in the mattress handles. The room was replaced with a worse one, the shower did not work. Everything was repaired after the scandal. They don't change the bedclothes, there's a lot of other people's hair. The floors are dirty. There's a lot of trash and dust in the boxes. The feed deserves special attention. It's the same thing, it's not tasty, and it's all from the issue. The meat is only one tiny piece at a time. The sweets are not delicious at all. As for alcohol, it's burnt. Only at your own risk. I hasten to write a review on this meager four-star "hotel", reinforcing this case with juicy photos.
He was recommended to us on Lady Travel.
Unfortunately, we rested in it at the end of November 2024 for 10 nights. For 200 rubles.
We stopped at the hotel late in the evening, we were given a choice between two rooms, we looked at both and went into one of them, as they both looked monstrous. And after a while, after examining the room in more detail, we realized that someone was already living in this room, namely a whole diaspora of well-fed cockroaches with powerful whiskers! The next day we asked to be moved to another room in the hope of avoiding this, but the other room had exactly the same story. The room was also saturated with the musty smell of old furniture, (the hotel was built in 1999) abundant corrosion on almost all metal products of the room, especially in the bathroom. By the way, there was no brush in the toilet and we could observe picturesque chirkashi, chaotic lines and splashes of our excrement, which added piquancy to the room. Toilet paper is also a problem, I went to beg at the reception. Dense clumps of dust, similar to tangles, could be seen in some corners of the room. The locks on the windows are completely out of order, the window could be opened from the street if desired (windows open like a "compartment" like in cupboards or doors on a train) we lived on the 1st floor.
The furniture is all worn out and crumbled, and the bedding is the aerobatics of this hotel, I have never seen so many pellets in my life + it was several tones darker than white due to the huge number of washes. The linen was changed for us 1 time during the entire stay, at the request of the man from the cleaning and reception, please change the linen, the requests were ignored, they just made the bed with the same linen.

Our every day in this sanatorium of Satan was filled with unforgettable emotions. There was dirt in the corridors of the hotel and sometimes there were cigarette butts.(Everything is visible in the photo) There were also ringing mosquitoes in the room, actively feeding on our blood, my morning started with a fight with cockroaches, and I started the evening with a fight with mosquitoes. Thanks to such conditions, we only slept in the room, and our personal belongings were in closed suitcases. There was also a TV in the room, it showed black and white ripples on all channels, unfortunately we hardly watched it, as we returned to the room very late, and left at dawn.
The food in the hotel corresponded to the entourage of the room, dirty dishes, cutlery. The adulteration of cheese and sausages was such that if I had been given a taste of this material with my eyes closed, I would not have guessed what kind of product it was. We ate only fresh vegetables and water. Sometimes the chicken was good. The fruits were fresh oranges and then we were regularly given green melons, where they put the yellow ones, we did not understand. Of the drinks, 3in1 coffee and tea, there were also, as they said, a couple of types of juices, but they tasted like diluted dyes with sugar from zero. Thanks to this, we spent all our free money on restaurants with fresh seafood, it was very tasty, we visited restaurants in the "old town" area.
A minibus ran from the hotel to the beach according to the schedule, it was the beach of the hotel and we swam only on it. The minibus went with one permanent song "I am Habibi, I am Habibi" by the end of the vacation, I knew it all by heart and could sing it myself. I would diversify with at least two or even three songs the way to the beach and back, in 10 days one song got a little tired.
On inhaling to the beach, they took away the only jar of beer from me, pointing their fingers at the rules, saying that drinks are not allowed, and after 10-15 minutes the same person comes up and offers me to buy beer from him at the bar for $ 5. I was delighted with his marketing, slapped him on the shoulder and turned him down with a satisfied face.

This is not a hotel, but a terrible dream!!! We got a room on the very edge of the hotel. Half of the switches in the room weren't working. If you don't live in a hotel, Egypt is super, as is the sea, but the charming Inn itself.... a complete stranger.
The young man and I checked in at night, and immediately, from the threshold, a terrible room: old, dirty, smelly. The sheets on the bed, which should be white, are all stained with blood, the ottoman is in something white (very similar to...) yes, in principle, he was all fucked up by life. It's scary to remember about the bathroom: a hole instead of a drain, dirty tiles killed, mold, rust, no toilet paper, towels need to be taken away from the cleaners with a fight.
Fortunately, they agreed to move us to another room absolutely calmly and without additional fees. However, one of the "porters" very persistently tried to get $ 10 from my MC for helping to carry our things to the rooms.
Greasy looks, inappropriate jokes and gags are the norm in this place. And I absolutely don't care who you talk to - the janitor or the receptionist. It's disgusting.
They are poorly cleaned. You always need to beg and pay extra for high-quality cleaning from $ 1 to $ 5. If you don't put it in your pocket, you'll live like in a barn, pay for it - they'll even make cranes out of towels. Towels, by the way, were washed 2 times during the whole time (9 days). The toilet itself was not touched all these days AT ALL.
The pool is good, large, one minus is that there is no shade.
Alcohol. It's actually a pipe. We drank the local stuff for a day, and the next day we flew to look for the nearest liquor store, took a normal whiskey. There is no free beer, no wine either, although everything is included :)))
The buffet is just as hellish. Varieties 0: rice, pasta, tired vegetables, meat that cannot be chewed and desserts made of plastic. And so it is every day. There was a melon even more or less. That's it. If you want to lose weight, go here. We ate most of the time in restaurants, we purposefully woke up for breakfast. Perhaps that's why none of us had a valve burst.
The sea saved the rest, it was incredibly beautiful (it's true that it takes 15 minutes to get to it by bus with a bunch of Arabs in the heat of + 40)
Warm water, diverse wildlife, amazing flora.
Well, the night traffic in Naama Bay and the old town was uplifting after all the fun at the hotel)))
