February 15, 2025. My wife has an anniversary. They ran out of roses that day. They offered alternative bouquets. They chose chrysanthemums. They arrived 40 minutes ahead of schedule. The flowers are VERY tired. 3000rubles for a modest bouquet, a lot of paper is wrapped. We freed the flowers from the paper to put them in a vase with water, probably a quarter of the petals fell off. Of course, he didn't make a fuss, what's the point, it's unrealistic to arrange for a new bouquet to be brought to the hotel in 40 minutes. I highly do not recommend this store!
