Terrible service. Bad breakfasts.They turn off the lights when you turn on the air conditioner. There is also hot water every day in different rooms. The hotel itself is not bad.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and were absolutely delighted! From the very first minutes, we were struck by the friendly atmosphere and courteous staff. Registration was quick and hassle-free. My wife and I had a great time in Bukhara, including due to the fact that we had such a cozy hotel. We will definitely come back here again and will be happy to recommend it to all our friends and acquaintances!

We got into this hotel by accident, for one night. For some reason there are few reviews here, although the hotel is just very good. Delicious, plentiful breakfasts, a snow-white bed. nice pillows and just awesome air blankets. The mattress is certainly hard, as it probably is in many hotels. But!!- although the mattress is hard (and I hate hard ones), surprisingly, it was comfortable enough to sleep. The interior is made colorful and beautiful. Even the small hallway to the kitchen is very beautiful. The hotel is not quite in the center, then we were in a good hotel in the center, Compared. Nevertheless, at the moment I would choose this hotel. Taxi to the center for a maximum of 100 rubles. PS: we were in 4 hotels in Bukhara, Samarkand and Tashkent. This hotel is the coolest. Tashkent turned out to be the worst. Here, someone gave a score of 1. How is that? Maybe the person has confused something or is very angry at everyone and everything? I took it and ruined the rating. Or maybe just a pest.

A new hotel. Everything is fine. The service is at the highest level. Yes, there are some nuances, but when it is reported, they decide right away. And most importantly, they listen. The staff really wants the guests to relax with a buzz. The location is also cool. The price-quality ratio is perfect👍

The rooms are clean, but there is one problem with the TV and parking space. In general, you can spend the night comfortably. You can walk to the old town. A solid four!
