Cozy and clean houses) The rest in December is very pleasant and comfortable. We even took a swim in the sea! The view is amazing. I don't know about the Winter workload, but I would recommend replacing the heat guns with radiators so that you can sleep soundly at night and not worry about the safety of heat and fire safety. I would come back more than once)
