A compact small 9-storey cozy residential complex with 6 entrances in the very center of the old historical center of Astana on Gumar Karash Street (formerly Akmolinskaya Street) right next to the Orthodox Constantine-Eleninsky Cathedral. Brick, warm, tracked by the BiAi-Service service company. Round-the-clock service line. Compact enclosed green well-maintained and safe courtyard, good road accessibility, many shops for all tastes in the residential complex and in the immediate vicinity.the embankment is 10 minutes away. Within walking distance of several schools, a public school in the Baikonur district, banks, many bus stops nearby to any point of the city. The residential complex has two business centers and a small indoor parking, medical and training centers, and a flower shop. There are 4-5 butcher shops alone. The cost of housing and communal services and service fees is more than feasible. The house is warm. With normal sound insulation. I've been living here since it was built and I'm not going to move. I really like everything!
