I recommend visiting a cozy and hospitable house located at the foot of a picturesque mountain near the shore of the transparent sea. The owners are very intelligent and attentive people, always ready to help with any issue. The cozy rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, shower, refrigerator, cutlery, fresh linen, dryer. Everything is clean and tidy!The territory is well planned and vacationers practically do not intersect in a large area. A mountain river flows right in the courtyard, shady trees grow, there are tables and a barbecue - the owners tried to make sure that vacationers could enjoy their vacation in full!)

Our vacation with my husband was in August, I can't help but share my impression of the rest spent in this wonderful hotel! Our room was comfortable, spacious enough, very cozy and everything was thought out to the smallest detail for a comfortable stay. I really liked the courtyard, where you could dine outdoors in the shade or chat with other vacationers.
The guest house is conveniently located: the distance to the beach is 12-15 minutes at a leisurely pace. The hosts are very friendly and helpful people. I want to thank you for our wonderful stay in your cozy and spacious hotel, which will satisfy the requirements of even capricious guests. Also, through the hosts, you can also organize a tour of the beautiful picturesque places of Abkhazia!!!

We are resting in "Chanson" at the moment, in Abkhazia for the first time, we are very grateful to the hosts, they wrote us off, organized a transfer from Sochi airport, settled us in a room earlier for a symbolic surcharge. The area is cozy, the room has everything for comfort, even shower gel, toothbrushes and disposable slippers. On the balcony there are ropes for drying towels and clothes, very convenient, several common seating areas, tables, chairs, microwaves, everything is thought out. Cleaning at least every day, if you leave the key, the owners are very friendly, always ready to help with any problem. Within walking distance there is a good dining room, a cafe, a shopping center with a selection of products familiar to us, the sea is not very close for 10-15 minutes, the beach is clean, the sea is turquoise, there are many cafes along the beach where in the evening you can not only have dinner but also dance. If you are not afraid to walk, we recommend this guest house

I rested there in July 24. I was pleasantly surprised by the provided housing: for such little money, a large room + toilet and shower, there are all necessary appliances, air conditioning. I want to share my impression of the Chanson Guest house✨A very pleasant place where you will always be welcome and hospitable. Excellent hosts who are ready to help with any situation! Special thanks to Roman for his responsiveness.
As for the rooms themselves, they are comfortable to stay in, you can find a TV, refrigerator, hair dryer and most importantly-air conditioning, a savior from the heat😍 The guest house itself is quite large, which allows you to spend interesting time on the territory. There are many tables, hammocks, upholstered chairs, swings, and of course, many terraces: all this is about Chanson, And I also want to add about the surroundings that are close to the house. The sea is literally 10 minutes away, there is a central beach, clean and beautiful! There are also shops, a market and many restaurants and cafes nearby!
We were completely delighted, we didn't regret a bit that we decided to spend our holidays in this place! Thanks again, we will remember this place for a long time.

We had a family vacation at the end of June. The place is fabulous, very quiet. You can sit at tables by the mountain river, which flows right in the courtyard and enjoy the wonderful sound of the river and the singing of birds. Many thanks to the owners of the hotel. Very friendly and polite people. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the room is cleaned daily. A shuttle service is provided, which is very convenient. We will definitely come back again and recommend it to all our friends!!!

I really liked this guest house, we upgraded the room to a large one, the hosts are very hospitable, helped with excursions. Good Internet, there was even a toothbrush with toothpaste in the room, slippers and gel /shampoo for all days, cleaning every day. I recommend everyone to visit my favorite place in Gagra. Hello! My name is Matvey! I would like to share my positive emotions of staying at the guest house "Chanson" in Gagra from 06/22/2023 to 06/27/2023. This place really perfectly combines comfort and hospitality.
From the moment I crossed the threshold of this cozy guest house, I was surrounded by an atmosphere of true hospitality. The polite and helpful hosts immediately greeted me warmly and helped me with the accommodation. The room I rented was spacious, clean and cozy, with a wonderful view of the mountain. The room is made entirely of natural wood.The rooms are spacious, it's important to me.
The Chanson Guest House also offers facilities and services that have made my stay even more pleasant and comfortable. They include free powerful Wi-Fi, a 24-hour front desk, and free parking.
The hosts were always ready to help and offer recommendations on excursions to restaurants in the surrounding area.
In addition, the guest house "Chanson" is located in a good location – at the foot of the mountain, there is a cool modern attic on the site, as well as a cozy barbecue area next to a small mountain river. The beach is just a few minutes away from the guest house.
Overall, "Chanson" exceeded all my expectations. I got an unforgettable vacation, I recommend this place to everyone who wants to spend their holidays in a cozy atmosphere, and receiving the best service.

On my annual vacation , this is a must - visit place . I met the most hospitable hosts here . People who put all their love into creating a guest house and giving it to guests ❤️For me , this is a paradise 😍Literally everything is thought out to the smallest detail . Gorgeous rooms , a bed that does not let go , birdsong and beautiful nature outside the window 🏝And what a veranda there is ☺️Beauty and that 's all . I will return to the Chanson again and again . 🥰

I really enjoyed my stay at the Chanson Hotel.Kind, friendly hostess Lyudmila Nikolaevna told us all about the city, where it is better to eat, where to go or drive, what to see. The room is spacious and comfortable, it was nice to fall asleep to the murmur of a mountain stream.Gulya cleaned very cleanly and with a soul , changed towels and bed linen .We stayed like family, it's a pity the time flew by quickly.We have fallen in love with Abkhazia and Gagra, we want to return to these beautiful places.Thanks!

And before that, everyone from whom we booked through Booking asked to cancel the reservation, referring to the fact that the place was handed over, but they forgot to mark it in Booking. But in fact, the locals do not want to take people for one day, so they come up with such fables.

Nice guest house. We lived in a suite. One was a shock when the owner said that water should not be poured into the iron, moreover, they also sealed the water hole, said that the iron would rust)))), they had to spray clothes from a spray bottle..... Gentlemen, we are in the 21st century, and the iron costs 1000 rubles. I think you can earn money in a season!!! And it's not bad in Chanson.

The most luxurious guest house! We've been there twice. And if we still go to Gagra, then only there!
Rooms with all amenities. It's nice to live. There is Wi-Fi on site. (the Internet, of course, is very weak, but at least it is there)
The yard is well equipped (there is even a stream running through the yard! Beauty!). There is a shared kitchen, a barbecue area, sun beds, tables with chairs and umbrellas.
Of course, it is impossible not to remember Kolbaskin! A funny little dog, a favorite of all visitors.
The hosts are a married couple originally from Russia, very pleasant in communication and always ready to help.
Within walking distance of the Mill restaurant, Mocha, and a little further there is a cool Dining Room # 1, where you can eat very tasty, satisfying and inexpensive food.

This is a wonderful place, I just didn't want to leave it, Friendly and kind hosts, everything is clean and cozy, The yard is super, a mountain stream is running through it, two barbecues, a gazebo for 16 people, a place for smoking and relaxing. The kitchen is indoors, and the tiles are outside, cook wherever you want. The whole yard is tiled, there are flower beds with trees and flowers. The rooms are cozy, they are made of wood, it is very easy to breathe there. I recommend this house. It's a little far from the beach, but it's only good, you need to breathe in Abkhazia!
