In general, a nice urban-type hotel with a convenient location, the possibility of holding business meetings and a view of the Burj Khalifa)
I would not have emphasized and voiced the disadvantages of the hotel, of which there were quite a few, if not for the incident on the last day before departure. The story is not new, they decided not to give bail under a made-up pretext. Since the cards don't work, I paid in cash. When the taxi to the airport had already arrived, I was told at the reception desk that a limo transfer to the airport had been arranged for me for 100 bucks (5 minutes drive to the airport). I didn't ask, no one agreed with me, or even warned me about this service. They said you wrote to the post office before you arrived, asked them to arrange a transfer for you or help you call a taxi. The response to this letter was given in a general form, saying that we will try to help, but we do not promise. Discuss it with the staff upon arrival. After a good scandal, they gave me the money, they expected that I would not figure it out, especially since I was late for the flight, etc. ... and surprisingly, at that moment, all the Russian-speaking staff "disappeared", although I asked to be called, I know English, but swearing is more familiar in Russian))
Of the cons
1. It's hellish cold in the room, the heat conditioner doesn't work, I slept in a terry dressing gown under 2 blankets!!
Cold floors, in the bathroom you immediately put on your slippers, otherwise you walk on ice
2. Absolutely not delicious breakfasts, although I'm not picky.
3. The windows are very dirty, I understand, the high floor, etc., but it overshadows a little when there is such a magnificent view of the Burj Khalifa outside the window.
4. Emirates usually have very high-quality, delicious-smelling niche cosmetics in the bathroom. Don't get it here, it's like a shampoo at a red price with the smell of chemical needles....
And so, the Russian-speaking girls are very friendly, they gave a lot of recommendations on places (although this is not the first time), it's a pity they disappeared somewhere at the time of departure…

It's a beautiful place! Fresh flowers greet you at the entrance, and a girl plays the piano on the left in the lobby. Friendly staff who are always there and ready to answer any questions. Plus, there is a magnificent view of the central highway of the UAE. It is located within walking distance from the metro.

Convenient location, center, 3 minutes walk to the metro, one metro stop to Burj Al Khalifa, good for business, staff, prompt, food varied, fresh. It's a little noisy, it stands at 11 high ve. The rooms are fresh and large.

Very cool hotel! The rooms are amazing, clean, good furniture, a large bed, everything you need. The staff is at the highest level, they will always help, answer all questions. The hotel has a chic swimming pool, with a bar, umbrellas, sun loungers and a jaguzi. There is also a small frog house for kids. The hotel is excellent, the only drawback is very expensive...
