The worst international airport I've ever been to.
Pros: There is boiling water freely available.
Cons: there are only a couple of food outlets at the huge airport, which close at 21 o'clock. You won't be able to eat after 21. There are vending machines with water and snacks, BUT payment only by QR code (some kind of system for the Chinese), you will not be able to pay with a card or cash. So if there is a transit, you will not be able to have a snack either. There are catastrophically not enough seats for such a huge area, it's cold to sit on the floor, tiles everywhere. I found only one row of seats with phone charging connectors, usually it's already occupied. All sockets are plugged, it will not work to go somewhere to charge either. There is Wi-Fi, but everything is blocked (China). Spending the night at this airport is hell, there is nowhere to lie down, people lie down on tables and seats in Starbucks. In the morning, a guard walks around, wakes up, does not let you sleep. It's cold at the airport
We were in transit at this airport on the way to Bangkok. We wanted to go out into the city and take a ride on the Maglev train (on the magnetic road). The speed is up to 400km. There is little time between flights. It didn 't work out . A modern airport . There are not many people in the departure terminal. There is a lot of information on the Internet about the intricacies and peculiarities of arriving at this airport. Backed up with information about your stay in China and this airport, you will make your trip more comfortable.
