The most comfortable spa in the Shamsan hotel. Large swimming pool with warm water, hydro massage and waves. The depth is 160 cm, which is very convenient for visiting with children. The sauna is spacious and a pleasure when fully heated. The hammam is excellent, plenty of space, equipped with two sinks and a shower. There is also a shower in the pool area and in the changing rooms. They provide bathrobes, towels, and disposable slippers. It is possible to order food and drinks from the restaurant, the food is prepared and served very quickly. The staff is responsive, nimble, and everything is clean. Great hotel. Clean, tidy, comfortable. Friendly staff. Convenient parking. There is a restaurant on the 1st and 8th floor.

A great hotel, a great room. We had a semi-suite. Room with balcony, floor-to-ceiling windows and airport view. The finish is simply royal. A large bathroom, a large room. A huge nice bed. Two people on it may not even meet overnight. The interior is modern with national overtones. Polite, friendly staff. There is a restaurant with a nice view on the roof, in the basement there is a large swimming pool, gym, sauna, hammam and massage room. The kitchen at the hotel is also beyond praise. They let you in with dogs.

The cuisine is awesome, 10 out of 10. The dishes are very tasty, the serving is interesting. I would highly recommend pilaf from the chef and pizza. I have never tasted such delicious pizza anywhere, even in famous Italian restaurants in other countries.

Great hotel! It's a bit far from the center, but a taxi is very affordable and it's close to the overground metro line on foot. There are two restaurants in the hotel: on the top floor with panoramic views of the city and on the ground floor with a children's playroom. A very decent menu and affordable prices! The breakfasts are simply amazing! There is a large selection, there are fruits, nuts, a lot of pastries (croissants, eclairs, cakes). Excellent SPA area, sauna, hammam, swimming pool with warm water! Special thanks to the employee in the SPA area! We had a rest in early April, it was cold, after returning from a guided tour, we prepared a sauna) The room has everything you need-from a toothbrush to a bathrobe. Bottled water every day, cleaning-every day! There is a small shop next to the hotel and tandoor tortillas and samsa) Young and responsive staff! I highly recommend it!
