Shams Food in Navoi is one of those places where you go with pleasure and know that it will be delicious, cozy and kind. I've been going there for years, and every visit is like a little ritual. The staff always greets you with a smile, they serve you quickly, and the food is fresh and delicious as always. I really love their desserts and pizzas — it's especially nice to order them when you want to pamper yourself. The interior is also pleasing — bright, clean, cozy, everything is relaxing. Of course, we were surprised. Then another waiter came and said that this table had been booked, they just didn't have time to put up the sign. We're like, well, OK. We say, then recommend another table. They said there was 1 table and that was it, they left. That is, we had to find this unfortunate table ourselves. And they talk down to the visitors, like, "if you want to sit here, if you don't want to, you can leave, we won't lose anything from this." It's just that there is not much competition for cafes in Navoi, so they can afford such an attitude towards visitors. Work on your service, my good advice to you.

As a result, I sat hungry for an hour and then ate not what I ordered, and even this bill was included, which I refused to pay. And no one apologized. The service is unacceptable for a decent place.
