I had a vacation with my family in a Chalet by the sea from June 29 to July 12))) a great, quiet place, like at home. The rooms are clean, air-conditioned, and have excellent sound insulation. The room has a shower, toilet and refrigerator. Outside there is a summer kitchen and a barbecue. I really liked everything and I hope that I will return there again. We rested with our daughter in a Chalet by the sea from August 27 to September 5, 2024. The place is great! It is a five-minute walk from the sea. There are two separate buildings on the territory of the guest house, a recreation area on the 3rd floor , hammocks, a good shared kitchen with a lot of dishes.The rooms are well renovated, the beds are most importantly with new mattresses, the cleanest linen, the room has a TV, the rooms also have a refrigerator, air conditioning. Everything is completely clean! There are animals in the house: dogs-Jerry and Nayda, as well as a very affectionate cat. We express our deep gratitude to the housewives Maya and Vlada, they were very friendly, hospitable, met and conducted like relatives)
The guests are treated with reverence and respect, they will always answer all questions.
If we go next year, it will be only to the Chalet.

A very cozy hotel, has everything you need and even more. The staff is responsive, because of traffic jams we arrived late at night, we were waited for, accepted, settled without problems, for which special thanks. We booked a room with a private kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, dishes in the room), but there is also a spacious summer kitchen in the courtyard. There are many hammocks and recreation areas. A very beautiful panorama from the windows. It takes about five minutes to walk to the sea, there are canteens, shops, cafes nearby.
When we get ready to go back to Abkhazia, we already have somewhere to go, thank you for a great vacation!

We are charmed by the hostess of the chalet, her beauty, kindness, and hospitality! We rested for 10 days in September in the period from 18.09 to 09/28/2024 and, despite the stormy weather during half of the vacation days, we felt homely and calm. The convenient location of the chalet is relative to the sea, shops, cafes and the market.. Everything is within walking distance and at the same time - without traffic noise. The rooms are clean, the furniture and bedding are new, the shower room is spacious. Air conditioning, Wi-fi. The open kitchen is spacious, there are a lot of kitchen utensils, several dining tables, two tiles for cooking. The water is from the well!!! We carried it in bottles, but you don't have to do that) we found out late .... Maya took us from the border and back-completely free of charge!!! Let's start, the hotel is located in a quiet, secluded place where you can relax from all the hustle and bustle of the city. Nice people come, live comfortably, there is everything for life, Wi-Fi is good, there were interruptions, but there were interruptions throughout the district. Sometimes the lights go out, but it's usually at night and you won't notice much. Two beautiful dogs and a cute cat are running around the courtyard of the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, not far from the shore, there are cafes and shops nearby, you can find out everything you want directly from the owners themselves, the owners are very kind and sociable will tell you and help. The view of the mountains is simply magnificent, the hotel is being updated with everything new. There will be an opportunity to definitely come back.

Good afternoon. We had a rest in the guest house "Chalet by the sea" in May 2023! Excellent rooms, clean, renovated: air conditioning, refrigerator, shower and toilet in each room. There were no problems with light and water throughout the rest. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, the sea is of extraordinary beauty with mountain views. A fairy tale. The beaches are very clean. The quiet village of Tsandripsh is for living, there is no fuss. If excursions are necessary, you can always leave by appointment.Special thanks to Maya and Vlada! Such warm and sincere people. We ordered both lunches and dinners from them. Home cooking. I am delighted, words cannot describe it, we attach a photo. Jerry, Vasily and Naida live on the territory of the house. These are not the local fauna, these are your family members throughout your life in the house. They will share breakfast, lunch and dinner with you, protect you from the hardships of the outside world, give you their love and wait for reciprocity. Once again, many thanks for everything! We had a family vacation from 07/05/2023 to 07/14/2023 at the Chalet guest house by the sea. I am writing a review on fresh tracks, since all the impressions are still fresh and I really want to share them. I must say right away, the rest was a success! And this, in an important part, depended on our location. The hostess is Maya, very friendly and caring. Even before our arrival, she called us and asked how our road was, gave practical advice. Even before we arrived, we felt that they were already waiting for us here. The Chalet Guest house by the sea has a very good location. A cozy courtyard where fruit trees and flowers grow, hammocks hang and there is a trampoline. There is also a parking space inside. The summer kitchen is spacious. There is enough space for everyone, and even during rush hour, when everyone is cooking dinner, no one is pushing, there are several sinks, there are enough dishes and in general, a cozy forge- veranda. Thanks to the friendly nature of the hostess and her team, the atmosphere between the guests of the house is very comfortable. The house is clean in autumn! The rooms are equipped with everything you need. I liked the fact that the owners do not save on bed linen, everything is new and of high quality. The interior of the rooms is tastefully designed. There is a third floor lounge area, there are hammocks and chairs. There is an overview of the mountains and the village. On a hot afternoon or on a rainy day, you can relax there or chat with friends in the evening, listen to music. It's not far to the sea. In general, it feels like you are in a quiet, cozy oasis, far from the hustle and bustle. I will say one thing, I did not want to leave, the owners accompany their guests like relatives. It's expensive. We will come again, thank you!

There is a summer kitchen, with everything! necessary utensils.With children to relax is just super.😍To the sea on the road less than 5 minutes with a child. Special thanks to the housewives, they are very good-natured and hospitable,they will help in any matter, a homely and cozy atmosphere is felt. A beautiful well-kept garden in the yard ,a trampoline swing for children, two kind dogs and a funny cat😺))I recommend to rest, just the most necessary option!

One of the best places for a family holiday! Modern equipped rooms with all amenities (we had a kitchen, which, with two children, greatly facilitated the issue of nutrition). A wonderful, quiet and peaceful holiday. We had a rest in Abkhazia for the first time. We booked seats in March and were not mistaken. After only a couple of days, the words of the guys from St. Petersburg began to be understood..."We have been flying here, it is in the "Chalet by the sea" for 10 years as a country house.... "
We are very grateful to the wonderful housewives Maya and Vlada. We were just relaxing at home! They have such a comfortable, kind, family atmosphere! And kebabs, khinkali and fish on the grill from Oleko are the most incomparable))))
A very good holiday with children, there is no fuss and crowds of tourists. We lived first in a triple suite, and then moved to a family room with a kitchen for 10 days. This is a big plus when traveling with children, when you do not need to go to the summer kitchen often.
There are shops (supermarkets accept cards) and good cafes in the vicinity. The cafe "Karina" is most in demand. It is delicious, a large selection and at affordable prices.
There is a free beach, there is entertainment. The sea is gorgeous, warm and straight azure. Nature is gorgeous. We will definitely get back to you!

When in winter and summer not only the Christmas tree is green! We are already coming for the 3rd time, each time we are greeted with warmth and joy, that we do not want to leave the word at all. Excellent location (only 3 km from the border), which allows you to walk not only in Abkhazia but also to get around all of Sochi. The rooms are clean, there is absolutely everything and even a kitchen! The silence in which you get enough sleep for a year ahead, go out into the courtyard and there is a gorgeous view of the mountains and the sound of the sea. One of the best guest houses in my life. Kind staff, clean rooms, has its own kitchen, lots of places to sit (on the roof, in hammocks), kind animals (2 dogs 1 cat). Of course, it's not 5 steps to the sea, you need to walk a little. One of the disadvantages is the frequent Internet freezes, which catches very poorly in a wooden building.

The location near the border helps to get there very quickly after the flight In the living room courtyard hammocks under persimmons, parking under bananas; at the top of the hotel there is a playground with a view of the Caucasus Mountains. I sincerely thank the housewives of this wonderful house, Maya and her daughter Vlada, who did not neglect their feminine care. They were kindly met at night from the border and taken back. There is a very pleasant and homely atmosphere in the house, you feel like you are immediately part of the family of this house.
I want to mention the fresh rooms after renovation, the girls are trying very hard to create comfort in the rooms and in the landscaping of the house. In general, everything you need is there. Requests will never be refused and any questions will be answered.
And yet, these two housewives cook insanely delicious, so it is very difficult to refuse lunches and dinners in their performance, even if a couple of extra kilograms are at stake :)

It's a wonderful place.It was the first time we were here and we will definitely come back again! We were with children 6 and 13 years old, both really liked it! On the territory there are hammocks, a recreation area, a barbecue, a shared kitchen where it is always fun and interesting. Hello! We had a rest in late August, early September 2022. I really liked the attitude of the hostess Maya to the guests, the atmosphere in the guest house! Everything is sincere! There are parking spaces on site. Hammocks in the garden are just a cannon!
It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the sea, depending on how fast you go. The beach is pebbly, the sea is clean, people are at a minimum!
Nearby there are shops and a local supermarket.
I also liked the dogs in the yard, they are friendly to guests 😇
The price tag is quite humane for housing, given the global madness and price gouging.

It is suitable for a break from the city and the hustle and bustle. A calm, quiet, atmospheric place - a village with cows, roosters, locals, orchards (although, what surprised us - there are no vegetable gardens, for some reason they do not grow).
The hotel itself is cozy, well located - not on the road, 5-10 minutes walk to the beach, a little further away (15-30 minutes) there are shops, markets, restaurants (although this is loudly said, the service leaves much to be desired, often there is not even a toilet in the cafe or a toilet like in the village - a hole in the floor).
Maya and her daughter Vlada are hospitable housewives, everything can be discussed with them, they will help and advise. Maya sometimes cooks lunches and dinners herself (in the morning we agreed that she cooks for dinner, the price for dinner is 350 rubles / person) and, by the way, traveling around Abkhazia (from Tsandripsh to Mussera) it was rarely possible to eat as tasty as Maya's.
The rooms are ordinary - the main thing is clean and everything you need is there - hot/cold water, TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, we had a balcony overlooking the garden. sometimes the electricity went out, but the generator coped quickly - there were no problems.
There is a summer kitchen, where guests gather and have parties) we had one family with us, they have been coming to this hotel for 7 years in a row)). We rarely used the kitchen, because we mostly rode along the coast on a rented motorcycle in Sochi. By the way, the parking at the hotel is closed, many people come by their own transport.
The hotel is located a 10-minute drive from the border. It takes 30-40 minutes to get to Gagra from the hotel. The beach is the same as in Gagra, but there are much fewer people. A 10-minute drive away is the White Cliffs beach, from there you can go on your own (preferably at 5-6 in the morning) to the open sea on sap boards to meet the dawn and dolphins (by the way, Maya recommended this to us, you can go with them) - dolphins often come (in whole flocks), and even periodically swim along the beach They are not afraid.
I recommend the hotel. It's not even important what kind of bed linen and how often it is changed, people are important here and how they relate to their business. Because Abkhazians (at least, not all of them) they have not yet learned how to provide services and many live by the principle of "and so it will do", then Russian visitors come to the rescue with their knowledge and understanding of what a service is.
