We rested in this place at the end of July in early August 2024. I really liked everything, the houses are clean, there is a shared kitchen with everything you need, Parking for a car on site. Nearby there are shops and cafes, a great beach, where it is not very crowded. We will be happy to come again 👍🏻

A great place to relax. Cozy, clean houses, a shared kitchen with everything necessary for cooking (pots, pans, cutlery, plates, cups), a barbecue area, on-site parking, delicious water that can be drunk directly from the tap. Friendly hosts, you can contact us on any issue. The beach is a few minutes away on foot, but if you are by car, you can drive 10 minutes to others in Sukhum. Of the cons: noisy neighbors :) but that's how lucky you are.

A cozy place, clean and beautiful, a closed courtyard with Parking, all cafes and shops are within a 3-minute walk! And most importantly, the SEA is clean and warm in a 5-minute walk, 100-130 meters from the rooms! And also a warm welcome and good hosts of the hotel, met us from the road at 6 am, although check-in is at 2 days! Ilona, thank you for our great vacation with the kids!
