Kind, helpful people. We were fed, watered, and told about the town. We tasted their wine. I liked it, we bought it. There is chacha, various compotes, juices of our own production, soft drinks, Sukhumi beer. There is Wi-Fi.

I came to Abkhazia at the end of June 2023, I always dreamed of visiting Akarmara and the dream came true. After walking around the ghost town, we saw this shop with a nice local grandmother who lived in Akarmar before the war. She told me about the city and where it was. There are no more delicious tortillas than hers!

We were here this year, on the way to the Giant and Irina waterfalls. Wonderful pies-tortillas are baked by a wonderful woman, fried in front of you. The children even ate, although they are picky with me.

Wonderful Aunt Marina feed you heartily. Will tell you everything about the area. He wishes you a good journey. And her wonderful husband will take you anywhere on the UAZ to the mountains. We went to the ghost town with him and saw a lot more - waterfalls, two more train station towns. He charges cheaper than the guys downstairs. I recommend to eat at Aunt Marina's 👍👍👍
