I liked it. Very super hotel. Especially receptionist. So nice and good service. I highly recommend this hotel. You won't regret if you choose this hotel
It is beautiful, very tasty and varied breakfasts, cool staff, the room is not bad, but there is a huge gap between the door to the room and the floor and you can hear everything that happens in the corridor.
Great hotel!
HUGE bed) clean and cozy room. Very good breakfasts. Beautiful historical sights are 5 minutes away. There are many restaurants nearby. The place is quiet and peaceful
We spent two nights in a hotel suite in December 2023. The undoubted advantages of the hotel include its location - it is within walking distance from the main attractions of Bukhara; responsiveness and efficiency of the staff; huge, comfortable beds, peace and quiet; good breakfasts. In addition, we were checked in for free at an earlier time (before 8 a.m.). Among the disadvantages are the lack of centralized heating, they were heated by air conditioners; a cold hammam, which we unwisely used; some "fatigue" of the room (for example, the doors to the bathrooms were closed with great difficulty). Nevertheless, I can safely recommend this hotel for accommodation.
Above all the basement! A very good level. Everything is clean and beautiful. The beds are wide (we had a 2-bed with two beds), comfortable. Everything works in the SU, everything is working properly, the surfaces are shiny, the tiles are of incredible beauty with a colorful pattern. Accessories, slippers, bathrobes. A very colorful courtyard, there is an exit to the roof, which offers a great view of the city.
And the most important thing is the location! I went down the stairs - and you're already in the sights. There are souvenir shops and all the beauties of the old town. I highly recommend it
I liked the hotel very much-a quiet pedestrian street, the hotel is quite new, clean and tidy. The breakfast is quite varied. The staff is very responsive, however, as everywhere in Uzbekistan. But most of all I was impressed by the 240 cm wide bed!
I stayed at the Shakhriston Hotel during my trip to Bukhara and was very pleased with my stay there. The hotel is located in the historical part of the city, within walking distance of many attractions, such as the Lyabi House Complex, Khoja Gaffur Square and the Poy Kalon Complex.
The room I stayed in was spacious, clean and comfortable. I enjoyed a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the city from the window. The room had air conditioning, TV and free Wi-Fi, which is very convenient for work and leisure.
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They were ready to help me with everything I needed, including ordering a taxi and providing information about local attractions.
Breakfast at the hotel was delicious and varied, with a large selection of dishes for every taste. The hotel's restaurant also offered an excellent selection of local and international dishes.
In general, I recommend the Shakhriston Hotel to anyone who plans to visit Bukhara. This is a great place to relax, located in the city center, with clean and comfortable rooms, excellent service and delicious food.
It's quite enough for two stars. There is something to eat for breakfast, the rooms are large, the bed seems to be for 5-7 people. You can put your family and friends to bed. The only annoying thing was the terribly creaking doors and the eerie audibility from the corridor, since the door does not hide it completely.
Outwardly beautiful, clean. The best spa procedure, many thanks to the master of his craft Mikhail! Breakfast is a little meager, does not correspond to the general picture of the hotel, they do not monitor the availability of dishes at breakfast, I had to make a remark, they quickly corrected themselves. Five stars, after all, I will leave for a great hamam and an exclusive chandelier in the Lobby))
There are no disadvantages. A beautiful well-maintained hotel. Good breakfasts. A good coffee machine. In the bathroom, the water goes into the drain a little badly. You don't need to keep the shower running all the time, then everything is OK.
Many of them remember the fairy tales of 1001 nights or Aladdin from childhood. So this city and especially this hotel immerse you in these childhood memories. Pedestrian street, silence, east, friendliness. The staff is ready to help with everything. We have never regretted it.
The hotel is in the center of the old town, not new, but very clean, excellent bed, excellent breakfasts, most of all the thermal insulation struck. It was 38 outside and 25 in the room without air conditioning. They used to be able to build ! The staff is very friendly.
Pleasant, helpful staff. Excellent breakfasts. But there are a lot of joints. The latch to the toilet does not work. My wife latched the door, which she could not open for ten minutes. While the concierge went to get the tool, she opened it. Some of the light bulbs are not lit.
The best hotel in Bukhara. Clean, pleasant and European service. Excellent breakfasts with a large selection of food. Nice and big beds. Friendly staff.
Perhaps the best place in Bukhara!
