The room is clean, smells nice, and I was especially pleased that all the plumbing was polished to a shine.
The bed linen is starched. In general, I am very pleased.
A nice hotel, located at the beginning of the boulevard, 1.4 km from the old center. Not close, but not far either. The boulevard is green, you can walk, and by Yandex taxi, you can get to Registan Square from 65p to 140p, depending on the time of day. The staff is insanely responsive and courteous.
The room is cozy and comfortable. There is a smart TV, I checked-it works, as well as a kettle, a hair dryer ...
But, for me, it was not a pleasant discovery, the absence of a window! It is there, but it is painted over, you can open it for ventilation and hear the sound of rain beating on the windowsill, but you will not be able to see what the weather is like outside! Also, there is a problem with draining in the shower. During bathing, the water stands and goes away for a very long time. Breakfast was very frustrating, but after visiting other hotels, we realized that it was the same everywhere.
Many thanks to the staff of the Shahnameh hotel for their friendly and helpful attitude to visitors, cleanliness and order in the rooms and delicious breakfasts. The hotel has a very convenient location, most of the historical sights of the city are located nearby. Samarkand welcomed us very warmly in the face of the employees of Rajab, Atrur, Gulnoza and Dili. We are very glad that we stayed in Shahnameh
I bring guests to this hotel more than once and everyone is happy! Thanks to the kind and wonderful staff, the excellent location is right within walking distance from the attraction, in the evening you can walk along the famous boulevard! As there will be guests, I will only bring them to this hotel! Thanks again, all the guests are happy with your hotel!
Mom really liked the convenient location at the beginning of the Boulevard. The rooms are very cozy, I especially liked the curtains, very pleasant and soothing color. I recommend
It would be nice to improve the toilet and bathroom. There are no television channels both in Russia and abroad, only local ones. The hotel is for business travelers, but not for tourists.
The hotel is so-so. There is a window in the room, but it is taped. You feel like you're in a cell. The shower and toilet are together. There is no curtain in the shower, so water pours all over the toilet room. You need rubber slippers, otherwise you'll slip and fall if you're barefoot. The simplest buffet in the morning.
