We stayed at the hotel for a week in October 2022. The hotel is new. It was opened two months ago. Minimalistic, but neatly furnished in European style. The main advantages (of course, these are advantages for us because there are not so many comrades for taste and color, as you know) are novelty, European design style, acceptable sound insulation of rooms from each other and a very affordable price. It was the price that was decisive for us, who were looking for three separate single rooms in decent hotels in Tashkent. These expectations of ours were fully justified, for which we are infinitely grateful to both the owner and the staff of the hotel. Factors that can alert demanding guests: the hotel is located behind a ring road, located on the highway (rooms with windows on the highway may be a little noisier than those facing the courtyard), there are no attractions, beautiful views near the hotel and there is nowhere to leave it except for an ATM (in a neighboring building) and a restaurant of local cuisine Carvon (delicious, local, and inexpensive). A very inexpensive taxi (yandex go) fully compensates for the distance of the hotel from the center and civilization. The nearest hearth of such is Chilanzar metro station (there is a Carrefour supermarket in the area, a pleasant Bon chain cafe!). You can order food in the room through the delivery services. It took quite a long time to wait, we could only pay in cash (let me remind you that there is an ATM next to the hotel). So: an inexpensive, very pleasant hotel with its novelty and European neatness of small rooms exclusively for living within its walls and taking a taxi to the city (sometimes you can wait for a taxi for quite a long time, but it will arrive anyway).
P.S. good breakfast, Wifi, registration for the duration of your stay at the hotel - all this is attached.
A wonderful new hotel.
Of the cons - on the highway, I think some rooms may be noisy (we had Windows facing the courtyard)
Of the pros - everything else that is required from the hotel - clean linen, neat, spacious, cozy rooms, helpful staff, and sooo delicious breakfasts.
Nice hotel. The rooms are clean and beautiful, there is a refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, etc. Cleaning every day. The staff is polite. A very good buffet breakfast, the choice is quite varied.
The only disadvantage of the hotel is its location, the nearest metro is only by taxi/bus.
Otherwise, everything is fine.
Of all the hotels we have visited recently in Uzbekistan, this turned out to be the best. Everything is clean, it smells delicious, the breakfasts are delicious. The location is far from the center, but this is compensated by a pleasant price.
A great Hotel is worth its 3*. Breakfast is excellent, milk porridge in the morning is what you need, and not only, there is everything that should be 3 * from the body. The quality and service are at a good level. There is an opportunity to drink tea and coffee in the rooms. Comfortable and high-quality mattresses and pillows.
The only disadvantage is that it stands on the highway, at night it may not be safe from trucks, despite the double-glazed windows, and to get by taxi or bus, it runs every 45 minutes
A lovely hotel with courteous staff. The rooms are wonderful. The breakfast is very tasty. The only disadvantage that I found is the inconvenient location, because it is located outside the city. If you leave in the morning and return only in the evening, then this hotel is quite suitable for you.
A pleasant hotel at an affordable price. The work of the staff, the breakfasts are on top. The rooms are clean and cozy. What was especially pleasing was the prohibition of alcohol on site..
A good hotel, pleasant enough staff, breakfast buffet. but!
The toilet smells like sewage and this smell gets into the room, super unpleasant.
Due to the influx of guests from the Russian Federation and the lack of hotels, the staff gets confused in armor
