Great food , local flavor, friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere.
They can tell you about the history of Azerbaijan if you ask for a mini - tour.
The food is one of the best in Baku and all the dishes are excellent.
We were here 4 times in 6 days and everything was at the highest level.
We advise everyone , such establishments can easily be called the Pearl of the city .

May other establishments in Baku forgive me, it was tastiest here.
We ate meat, veal, mutton, and tried camel meat. Everything was delicious. Of the gastronomic differences, there are also their own tinctures. The staff knows Russian. At the end of the dinner, the owner of the establishment conducted an excursion (in the restaurant there is a gallery of paintings that can be purchased) and a short story about Shah Ismail. A warm place and delicious food.

A great restaurant. It is decorated in honor of some Shah. The manager managed to tell us a lot and fascinatingly about the story related to the Shah and why the reconstruction was stylized in his honor. But the main thing in the restaurant is the food. Everything that was taken was very tasty. The only dish that did not go very far was "dolma 3 sisters" dry minced meat. There are exotic dishes like kutabs with camel meat and chestnuts. My husband and I visited the magnificent Shah (Sah) restaurant today, and we were surprised by the pleasant atmosphere, sustained in Oriental traditions, incredibly polite and very pleasant service. We tried a lot of dishes: grilled sturgeon, grilled sturgeon- just delicious, pleasantly surprised with dogwood sauce for fish, lamb kebab is also good, classic pilaf, drank Karabakh wine - dry red, ordered sweets - delicious, cherry plum tincture is delicious.
I would especially like to note the cautiousness and politeness of the restaurant manager himself, his name is Rufat, such a courteous and pleasant person is rarely met.. We highly recommend it for visiting. Svetlana and my husband Igor are from Israel.

The taxi driver asked why we were going to this restaurant) He said all tourists start with him (found on Yandex, guided by reviews).
At 6 p.m. we were alone in the restaurant, confused by this fact (where is everyone ???). They promised live music at 7 p.m., we were already leaving at that time - we didn't notice the musicians and other guests.
On food: in general, it's delicious, you can go to one dinner. We definitely wouldn't have gone a second time.

It is more designed for tourists, the restaurant is made inside in an oriental style. From the food they took a loin (according to their "entrecote"), a cradle, chicken kebab, cabbage salad, dolma, kutabs (flatbreads with meat, herbs and cheese).

We visited this restaurant yesterday.I note that there were several dishes from the menu.All the meat was brought of inadequate Quality for a restaurant with such a rating in my subjective opinion.
It was impossible to chew the meat in the beef saja, and the branded kebab for 15 manat seemed strange to me because of the age of the meat, as I later concluded.
The only thing that satisfied me was eggplant rolls.
The service is excellent.There is no desire to visit again.
