A good place in the center of Aktobe to eat and have a good time. First of all, the restaurant itself looks very stylish inside: high ceilings, a large hall with a sufficient distance between the tables, large lamps (like giant lampshades at the floor lamp) above the tables. They cook quickly, the dishes look appetizing and taste good. I recommend both pilaf and lagman tsomyan. Lemonades are also excellent here, Tashkent tea is a bit peculiar, but also pleasant. With the service, indeed, at first there was some kind of leapfrog, who would serve (usually it is decided by the administrator, who escorts the guests to the place and passes the guests to the waiter, but this is not the case here). But when the girl took care of us, there were no delays, very carefully and efficiently.
After a walk around Aktobe, you can stop by and have a snack with friends in this place called "Shafran" - a cozy atmosphere, convenient location, reasonable prices, the impression of the visit remained positive...
Sevis is a complete 0. We stayed in Dastan nearby. Relying on the reviews, we came to have dinner. No one greets you at the entrance. According to the availability of seats and the order of placement, I had to contact the cloakroom attendant, who said that you can sit down at will, there are a lot of free tables. In fact, no more than a quarter of the tables were occupied. After examining the halls on the first and second floor, we decided to sit on the sofas on the first floor. The waiter was just clearing the table and said the sofas are only for 4. We sat down at a table for two on the second floor, but the table was not set, there was one empty glass and dirty pads. After a while, the waiter threw two menus on the table and left without comment. After some time, he put two envelopes with devices on dirty substrates, leaving a glass of unknown origin. This is the whole story of interaction with the waiter, since after sitting for another half hour, he never came to our table, while passing by he turned away, showing his preoccupation with everything. At the same time, the neighboring table managed to order and eat, and clean glasses and cutlery were served on the other table immediately during the seating of the guests.
It was not possible to assess the quality of the food, because after spending 30 minutes waiting for at least some attention from the waiter to make an order, the desire to eat in this place with the payment of such a "wonderful" service in the amount of 10% disappeared. Leaving, they turned to the administrator who suddenly appeared, she kindly offered to quickly serve on the ground floor, but the mood and appetite were already hopelessly spoiled, so the offer was refused.
