The staff is often not friendly, you will have to wait a long time. It seems the owners are saving a lot on staff. There are places where administrators are sensitive and attentive, I would like to see such a specialist here.

I have visited all points of this network several times, but this was my first time here. The atmosphere, waiting time, food, and interior are normal as everywhere else.
I didn't like the staff:
when clarifying the available 2 tables, they said it was reserved for 17:00, but there was no one on one until 19:00, the family was put on the second at their request at 17:30;
when clarifying the order, the waiter warned that perhaps we would not eat the whole dessert and additionally inform, eventually forced and put in front of guests are in an awkward position.
It's nothing personal, but I'm for raising the level of our customer service.
Unfortunately, even after the waiter clarified the degree of roasting of the steak, they brought me not a juicy medium-rare steak, but a steak fried to a dry state.
Disappointed to be honest. There is no barbecue. They said the pilaf would be ready in an hour, they brought it in an hour and a half cooled down, also tasteless, some kind of soup. Dapanji is also so-so. It's cool in the hall on the second floor, I had to sit in my jacket. And damn the prices are too high for all this))
The place is beautiful, but the dish in the pot was brought entirely from bones and quite a bit of chicken, for lunch I was left without lunch. I have not been to this institution for more than a year and today I was not pleasantly surprised
Delicious cuisine, beautiful presentation. A family of 4 people had lunch for 12,000 tenge. I think this is acceptable for the center of Almaty. The waiters are a bit slow.

Terrible service! I ordered a banquet for 40 people and was terribly ashamed in front of the guests. The dishes were brought out late, I had to run after the waiters, the administrator, and clean and carry the plates myself. Tea was served in 40 minutes! Although the menu and the time for taking out dishes and tea were discussed in advance. The kitchen leaves much to be desired. I found glass in rice in a fish rice grill. I did not become indignant in front of the guests, as it was already inconvenient for the whole circus. Aidan's admin is generally a separate story, I have never met such unskilled, rude and tactless people. If you don't want to embarrass yourself in front of the guests, I don't advise you to celebrate anything there!!!
