We checked in on 11/22/2024, there was a guy at the reception who didn't react to anything. We, a group of 25 people, waited while he stood and was silent, and when we asked why we were not being settled, he simply remained silent. Next, I have not seen a dirtier carpet than here. Next, the mattress is a special trash, it crunched impossibly hard, I lifted the mattress pad there is cellophane! The cellophane had to be torn off, there was some paper under it and !!!!! A cockroach! Alive, healthy and unharmed! I don't advise anyone. There may be 25 such reviews here.

A so-so hotel. Old repairs, faulty plumbing, doors with huge cracks and no breakfast. More precisely, it is there, but there is a separate fee for it. There are a lot of noisy guests. They don't let you sleep, but the administration is silent.
