In September, I tested two BYD Up and BYD Song Plus cars at SGP. Manager Sergey patiently explained and showed everything. I made the choice in favor of BYD Song, but decided to wait for the restyling of the model in 2025. However, in December, Sergey called me and offered BYD Song a facelift with gifts and already in Minsk. In total, I have a car ready for the new year.
I had offers for cars from other companies, cheaper by 1,000 units, but I chose SGP because the car was already in Minsk and most importantly, SGP offered a three-year warranty on the entire electrical part - exactly what worries me, I have the first electric car.
I would also like to note that it was very comfortable to communicate with the manager Sergey, after the purchase he advised and helped to set up the car remotely by phone.

We are choosing a new car with our wife, we specially planned a visit to Sgp, as its advertising is everywhere. We thought that since they promote themselves like this, it means that the service should be at the highest level. We hoped that they would tell us, show us, offer us, be friendly, etc. But, unfortunately, not only the visit was ruined, but also the mood, and we left 5 minutes after we arrived. There was a certain arrogance, pride, and arrogance on the part of the seller who took over our service. There was no initiative from him (from the word "absolutely") towards us. He answered all the questions in monosyllables, unfriendly. In other car dealerships, we were immediately offered to evaluate the car from exhaustion - to sit down, look at the trunk, evaluate the comfort of the cabin, the multimedia system, offered a test drive and much more. There's nothing here. He just looked at us as if we had come to steal something. It was a very unpleasant experience. In other car dealerships (I do not write in which ones, so as not to be considered advertising), the offers and service are much better! In general, there is a complete discrepancy between advertising and what actually exists. Instead of advertising, it would be better to spend this money on normal staff or on discounts for customers - and the latter would find your car dealership themselves if they needed to. It's a pity that you can't give -1 a star, because one means that there is some kind of service, but in fact there is only a spoiled mood.
Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired ...

The car dealership itself is strange. There are no names for the cars, no prices for them. The feelings are ambiguous.
There is definitely no desire to return for the car.

I was bribed by the advertisement that the official warranty from the BYD factory is 3 years. In fact, it's all zilch, they sell cars more expensive than competitors, adding an insurance guarantee to the cost. But this is by no means an official warranty from BYD. And they are not official representatives, although they put a lot of bullshit on their ears.

In general, this car dealership left a sad and depressing impression. I don't understand how you can entrust your money to such a company. And of course, advertising everywhere, like off the byd dealer, is very smiling.
