A great place to spend an evening with a friend or just for a meal. It is very tasty, the menu is varied, the price tag is normal, several floors and children's areas, the toilets are perfectly clean! The track is on the 4th floor, it's something!!! Magnificent view of the city. I put 5 stars, despite some disadvantages: the cafe is family-run, a priori a bunch of kids with screams and noise, the service in the receipt is 13% of the amount, the terrace is fine, but it is half open, which means you are food for midges and mosquitoes. I came home all bitten. But I liked the place, so 5 stars. I'll come back there.

A terrible experience.
We came to sf for the second time, we thought to eat delicious food, before that we came for shavukha, ordered rolls, wok, pizza, bubble tea, the check came out for 20k tenge.
What is the result:
The PIZZA is of terrible quality, like in the school cafeteria.
The ROLLS are of terrible quality (ordinary rice without any dressing, the filling is cheap, terrible, the soy sauce is tasteless, heavily diluted, for the first time in their lives they set them aside on a plate and did not even finish eating. wasabi is so chemical that tears flow immediately onto the plate.
BUBBLE TEA (produced by SF) 1690tenge-if you like this drink as much as I do, I do not recommend buying it in Sf at all.
The balls themselves were hard and did not even pass through a straw, the taste of ordinary compote, I went and decided to change this disgusting bubble tea AT LEAST for FRESH JUICE (because it has a similar price in 1790). I go to the bar and explain the situation, they offered me ORANGE JUICE instead. WHAT is the result. At the end of the meal... I find that there was no smell of ORANGE JUICE. They poured me A FANTA WITH ICE. And no fresh orange juice for you. As a result... do you consider it normal to replace your bubble tea for 1690 tenge with a glass of fanta?
Perhaps it is even very equivalent. But obviously not for the price.

It was 08.01.2024, after 12 a.m. we wanted to eat. But now this place is on my blacklist. We ordered Tom-yan, pilaf, dumplings - all the dishes were cold or warm. We ordered mushrooms - they turned out to be not tasty. We ordered Tashkent tea - it was also warm. The tortillas were hard and not fresh. Orders have been waiting a long time. They asked to warm up warm dishes, they also brought warm ones. When asked to give a complaint book, they replied that it was not there. The building is new on Mukhamedkhanova Street, but there is no call button on the table, you had to run to the waiters every time, and you won't immediately find them there. And there weren't many people, I can imagine what's going on there during rush hours, most likely complete lawlessness.
In general, the conclusion is that it is NOT worth going to this institution and I do NOT advise anyone to go there. The kitchen IS TERRIBLE! If SF continues to have this attitude towards customers, then they will close within a year! In 2 GIS, I only read reviews, all negative. And the administration's answers are formulaic. I think we need to change the managers and the kitchen. And such a building is gorgeous with a children's playground, but the whole impression is spoiled.

And in the end, one total amount came out for the order, and another amount was debited from the card balance. The administrator took pictures several times, sent them to those.support...
