Beautiful office and good and helpful real estate advisors

The place itself is good. They build nice houses. Nearby there is a place to walk, nature, food courts. But for me, there are nuances that spoil the experience. Namely: a drunken cleaning lady swearing obscenities, who also sticks periodically (you can't dry your hands in the toilet, then she'll come up with something else). It's kind of unexpected to meet such staff in a place like this. I would think about the reputation of the complex.
