We were visiting beautiful Astana and lived with my wife in one of the towers of the complex, it seems on the 40th floor. The view from the window is simply incredible! We admired the sunsets every evening! On the ground floor of the complex there are a lot of shops with industrial goods and products, a dining room, a cafe, document printing services, etc., etc. Nearby is the chic Keruen shopping center, many restaurants for every taste and budget, a couple of blocks away is a restaurant of Russian cuisine "Hut" and Korean cuisine. Nearby is the Marquee shopping center, listed in the Guinness Book of Records, and the Bayterek Tower, and banks, and exchange offices, and beautiful boulevards... It is the center of the economic and tourist life of the city. I definitely recommend it!!! Astana, thank you for your hospitality!

Hello! Externally, an interesting and beautiful LCD. Good location in the center. Near Bayterek, Keruen , mosque. The view from the 33rd floor window is amazing, especially at night. There is almost everything you need downstairs.
The only negative thing about the apartment that was rented. It looks clean, but the bed and towels are in terrible condition. Especially the towels are very old, stained and have a terrible smell.

One of the most interesting residential complexes in the capital. Tall buildings are perhaps the tallest after Abu Dhabi Plaza, 41 floors. Расположение - супер, прогуляться вечером вокруг, одно удовольствие, рядом парк Жетысу с детскими развлечениями и музыкальным фонтаном, красивая набережная, при этом цены в комплексе приемлемые. Учитывая что комплекс в самом центре, добраться в любую точку города не составит труда по 2ГИС, автобусы ходят быстро без пробок, по отдельной полосе. Рядом большой крытый рынок Сауран, всегда свежие продукты.

Идеальное расположение, отличный вид из окон. Внизу конечно чуть упорядоченный рынок, но зато все есть. Средне по чистоте, но пытаются убирать. Сам комплекс чуть изношен, лифты потертые, этажы тоже. Когда жара 30+ то в квартирах тоже жарко, чем выше тем жарче. Зато есть закрытая патио с детскими площадками, клумбами, игровой зоной. В общем прикольно, но с особенностями.

Огромные площадь квартир! Изумительный вид на центр города,соответственно отличное расположение. Из минусов, сложность парковки, все платно в округе, стоимость не большая около 20₽ в час, но как оплатить мы не разобрались. По квартирам проблема одна, изначально хорошие задумки и хороший ремонт, но ни кто это не поддерживает в надлежащем виде. Как итог вырванные розетки, и неприятность присутствует во всем. Если это не смущает, то в остальном все отлично.

From the windows there was a view of the wasteland in front of the Keruen shopping center, which was also gryan. The "Northern Lights" themselves (facade, windows) are dirty! Inside, when you enter the complex, it is also dirty and there are a lot of shops! And this is in the center of the Capital?! Unpleasant.

A residential complex with a claim to elitism. There is a courtyard on the ground floor, the entrance is not so easy to find. We lived for two days in a room on the eighth floor. When we checked in, the band was rehearsing in the next room and everything was very clearly audible in the hallway. BUT the apartment itself is quiet, the sound insulation of the walls is excellent. A strange heating system made of electric radiators. It is located in the very center of the city, everything is nearby. There is an exchange across the street, a pizzeria and shops around the corner. Bayterek is a five-minute walk away.

Расположение ЖК потрясающе. Главные достопримечательности Астаны, как столицы, в шаговой доступности. В рекреациях камеры, номер телефона участкового полицейского. Рестораны, мини и супермаркеты рядом, полиграфические услуги.

Хороший жилой комплекс, осмотрел все здания, побывал даже на самом верху. Радует, что много лифтов для поднятия/спуска на этажи. Огорчает то, что в холле пипец как жарко, и консьержам просто наплевать на свою работу, запускают кого-попало.

Отдыхали с 10 июля, 39 этаж. Вид красивый из окна. Апартаменты большие, чистые. Все очень понравилось! Танзиле большое спасибо, встретили, разместили. Все необходимое в номере есть) wi-fi, стиральная машина, холодильник, микроволновка, телевизор. Два туалета(с двумя детьми очень кстати),в одном+ ванна, во втором душевая кабина.Внизу есть неплохое кафе, можно с выносом в номер . Также рядом множество кафе . Есть куда сходить с детьми: океанариум, в Хан -Шатыр много развлекательных аттракционов и тд.Рекомендую

Ужасное место. Прикхал в командировку, номер был оплачен. Прихожу, мне гвоорят, а вы кто? Называюсь, местная уборщица/менеджер/хостес ищет в списках, а сеня не находит. 15 минут созвонов с начальником и сою бронь находят. Вот только номеров свободных нет, извините, переселяют в другое здание в другой отель! Прям при мне договариваются с другой уборщицей/менеджером/хостесом, что заплатят за меня, при этом заплатят за комнату, которая меньше и дешевле забронированной. Так ещё и оказалост, что надо платить 10000 тенге страховки, при выселении вернули. Разницц стоимости намеров не возместили.
В номере всё поломаное, кондей выключать нельзя, за пятна на кровати штраф. Но неплохая техника стоит, телевизор со смарт ТВ и набор пасты с щеткой.

Отличное расположение. В пешей доступности Байтерек, Концертный зал Казахстан, тц Керуен вобще в двух минутах, тц ХанШатыр тоже где-то там. Отличные детские площадки и футбольно/баскетбольное поле, играли с сыном вечерами с удовольствием. Вид из окна- отдельный кайф. Немного непонятный вход но это только первые два раза, потом идешь смело. Парковка, подъезд для такси все удобное. Отдыхали с детьми, с удовольствием остановимся там снова. В квартире которую арендовали хороший ремонт, чистая. Тепло, сухо, водоснабжение в норме. Все очень понравилось.
