A great quiet place, people are not noisy , pharmacies and markets are all available, all flea markets are nearby, which is a huge plus, the park nearby is so cozy, everything is very comfortable, the highway with an endless stream of cars gives its atmosphere of beautiful Almaty, the residents are calm, cultured,I really liked this place
Convenient location, warm houses. It's too bad that there is no sensible supermarket nearby. There are no Kaspiy and Narodny ATMs. Parking near the house is a problem, basically like everywhere else.
The houses, although relatively new, are already in poor condition, buildings are still being drained, the tiles in the bathroom are falling off from this. The audibility is terrible, you can hear everything from the neighboring apartments, you had to make noise insulation. The inter-apartment walls are made of drywall. There are practically no load-bearing walls. There is little parking, everyone parks as best they can. Prices in the nearest stores are sky-high. There is practically no delivery.
An excellent complex, cozy apartments, wonderful infrastructure,there is everything for a comfortable life, for shopping lovers there is a flea market nearby.
The studio apartments are very warm, the location of the LCD is, in principle, convenient. The city center is 15 minutes away by car (excluding traffic jams)
