The recreation area is located right at the foot of Chimgan Mountain, the air is clean and cool. There is enough space for a walk in the territory, and in the evening you can also enjoy an open-air cinema. The houses are also cozy, except that it is very stuffy on the second floor during the day. It is disappointing that a factory is operating next to the recreation area, from which dust is scattered throughout the territory during the day. The breakfast included in the package leaves much to be desired. We hoped that there would be a buffet, but they brought us the minimum that can be given for breakfast.

The decoration in the houses is modest, after 3 attempts to get the staff to set up, I had to connect the TV to my phone))) Choose houses 1-4 (of which there is a view of the mountains towards the Charvak reservoir. Meals are 3 times included (modest but sufficient), brought to the rooms (the restaurant is more like a dining room). There is a good location, private Parking. Overall, I was satisfied, but this is in winter, for summer.

The location is good, but the service is bad. We stopped at 2 cottages, one had dishes, and the other was not. They did not find an attached waiter-manager who would eliminate any shortcomings. The food is sometimes normal, sometimes salty, sometimes the meat is half-cooked. I liked the winter pool, it's warm and has a sauna. But I don't want to go there a second time because of the service.

We rest for the second time in this place. Last year, the service and cleanliness were at the proper level, which cannot be said about the current situation. What caught my eye right away were very dirty windows and doors, there was a curtain and carpet holders in the closet for things. The curtains on the second floor do not close, they are half pulled off altogether. There is no carpet attached to the stairs, fortunately there were no children with us and we walked carefully, if there were children, it would be dangerous to go to the second floor. Flushing in the toilet does not work well in the toilet, in the shower - water flows to the floor when bathing. It is impossible to sleep on the second floor, it is very stuffy, even with the windows open. The most comical thing was the hook in the bathroom, which was hung incorrectly. As far as I know, the recreation area has been working for the third year, and this hook has been hanging incorrectly for the third year)
As for the service: they often forgot about requests, for example, to bring ice to the room. The table was always dirty, it was wiped only once, when we had already persistently asked for the third time in a row. Neither tea nor coffee was offered, although as we understood from the conversation with the manager, they were supposed to bring tea with breakfast. Also, the food was brought later than promised.
The place is great, I like everything, but for the money they ask for per night, you could try harder and do your job better. (at least remove the incomprehensible curtains from the closet 😂)

I was there, there is no way to cook or bring food home, there is no stove or microwave oven, the house costs 1,800. Thousand for weekdays, and on weekends there are 2 million fistula, you order food separately from the kitchen, we received an invoice of 500 million thousand for 1 day. The air is very clean, there is an outdoor pool, unfortunately there is no indoor one, we could not swim because it rained on July 14th.
